Took a purse back to get either a refund or credit I had bought for a gift. I bought a bag and purse but the wallet was too big and took up all the bag, on returning it was told because it was over 30 days they couldn’t do anything about it. I was told I should have read the receipt. Sorry but you should be told at purchase so if you buy for a gift don’t buy it when on special and put it away for later. Very disappointed won’t be back

Yesterday we went there and asked for ride on suitcase for kids and the guy behind the register he looked at the other girl and they laughed at us. Instead of laughing pls get some information about what we asked for.very bad experience

Best customer service I’ve ever received. Was being assisted by Angela today regarding a click and collect inquiry, they did not hesitate to help and answered all inquires I had. Even went out of their way to give me a call back and update me on the situation. Will definitely be buying more from here. Thank you once again Angela for your amazing service.

Never ever buy a bag from here, I have a MARIKAI BAG, first time I travel with this bag, after 2 year due covid I did not use this bag, when I travel the wheel came off, I call to Werribee standbag they say this is airline problem they damage your bag, in front of me wheel came off, it’s not airline problem, I have a card in my bag say 5 year warranty, but standbag blame on airline, they say we don’t care warranty card after 2 year, even on card it’s say 5 year warranty. They want to run away and blame on airline, they have to understand the mean of 5 year when u sold that much expensive bags.

The shelves were all empty. Only Colorado brand bags were there which were too expensive. I was looking for guess wallets but I could not find anything interesting

I went into Strandbags Saturday 20 June 9: 00AM. I was appalled with my experience there due to the fact that before they closed because of COVID-19 I received a call from one of they're members in the Werribee strand bags and was told that they were closing, I then informed her that I felt unsafe to come down to pick up my bag due to COVID-19 she was fine with that and told me that it was fine to get it once they opened.
As soon as they opened I went down to the Werribee store to pick it up.the Staff member was extremely rude and had a go at me saying "We have tried to call you numerous times and you never answered". Which there is NO TRUTH to this statement whatsoever.she then went on to rant about how they emailed me multiple times which is confusing to me as I have ONE email from them. I only received ONE call from them which was the call I previously mentioned where she told me its fine to come and pick my bag up after COVID-19.
I felt very uncomfortable being interrogated in this store by your abrupt staff member with no customer service whatsoever. Due to this I will not be returning to Werribee plaza strand bags store again due to me feeling uncomfortable in your store.

Very poor service by one of the workers. I went there recently. She was totally neglecting me even tho I was asking her something. She was just replying in words whatever my questions were and was going back to work again and again. Did not even bother to ask if I am okay out there. Really Really bad service.

Found an overnight bag I liked. Was on sale for $69 or so the tag said. Scanned at $120. Staff wouldn’t honour the tag price. Which I believe is the law.

Good variety, good range of prices for any budget. Friendly, knowledge staff. Being inside the shopping centre means plenty of parking onsite and conveniently located near other services.

My partner bought me a leather bag just prior to Xmas as a gift, this week I noticed the handle had come away at both ends (6 months later).
I took the bag in to Strandbags at Werribee Plaza and was looked after by “Joy” she said unfortunately no warranty on leather anymore and past the 30 day return policy BUT what she could offer me in good will was a replacement handbag to the same value, I got to choose a new bag.
I honestly can not believe how polite, friendly & helpful this lady was to me.
I thought I would be just told “we will send it back to the manufacturer to see if it could be repaired”.
The customer service I received from Joy exceeded my expectations- THANK YOU very much - you have a customer for life
