Went to buy a bag in their sale. They did not have it but the staff member telephoned other stores until she found one who had it. She arranged for it to be sent to the store and called me when they received it. Best customer service. Thank you.

Service is good until you change your mind on a purchase. Was going to exchange for something else but the attitude and body language by the sales assistant turned me off. I'll shop elsewhere.
Just wanted to share my feedback for 'Hecha'. Sorry if i didnt get the name correct as i was only on phone with her. Lovely girl, helped me get what i was after. Although the store was bit far and there was another store closeby but due to her customer service and right attitude i asked my friend to get the luggage i was after from craigeburn and not Broadmeadows. Please recognise her strandbags

Strandbags always have a good selection of leather handbags, purses and wallets. Their prices are reasonable and competitive for leather and very reasonable for non leather. They often have sales. Well worth checking them out. Nice new shop. Staff are always very friendly and helpful.
