I rang around a number of Strand stores trying to find this Flylite suitcase, on special. It was unavailable in metro Melbourne.

Until I called the Epping store.

On speaking to Christina (hopefully correct spelling) on the phone, she was absolutely delightful, professional, and friendly.

She confirmed over the phone with another lady that the suitcase was in stock and she offered to hold the suitcase for me until I arrived. Awesome.

I was so impressed with her level of service in hopped in my car and headed up to her store to pick up the suitcase straight away.

On arrival, I noticed that Christine had kindly put the suitcase aside for me with my name on a tag.

The lady who served me was not quite sure what suitcase I was after.

So the lady who served me asked Christine about my suitcase and Christine immediately dropped everything. Running over towards the counter, she said yes, of course, this is your bag, Tim.

Christine's service was the best. She deserves an award for the most friendly and efficient customer service.

On leaving, I said goodbye to Christine, and she waved and said thank you, Tim! How sweet.

Thank you so much, Christine. I'll let everyone know about my amazing experience. You made my day!

This is by far the best strand bags I have been too customer service was amazing thanks to the three lovely ladies that helped me ash, asli Christina and Marie there excellent very positive attitude and welcoming definitely will come back here and definitely recommend visiting thanks again to those ladies

I bought a Guess bag from here tonight, I wish I knew the girls name wearing glasses who helped me. She was an absolute delight. Nothing was to much trouble. She is definitely an asset to your company. Good old fashioned customer service!

Went shopping here today, beautiful purses and handbags bought two guess handbags on sale the ladies who work here are super helpful and it’s obvious they enjoy working there. Will be back for sure

Poor customer service! I took my bag in because it hasn’t even been 4 months of purchasing and showed that there were marks on it and stitching was coming undone! She refused to do anything about the stitches but told me to take the bag back home and clean it. Very bloody rude I’m a standbags member and have been buying my bags from there for years. No way in hell would I ever buy from them again nor will I let my friends and family but from there. How dare a staff member leave a customer unsatisfied. And how dare she say ‘no way’ to an exchange for the stitches coming undone. Plain rude!

Returned a bag here that's handle broke. I'd bought it in Perth a month ago and didn't have my receipt with me. Lady there said no problems, as long as I had a bank statement showing the purchase - conveniently seen on my banking app in my phone. She helped me pick out a new bag and was so lovely about it. Many stores act like the return of a broken item is a huge hassle - they should all take a few points from this lovely lady. I wish I could get as wonderful service everywhere I went.
