Good range of bags/baggage, however the price range can vary drastically product to product.but there's a fair amount of it that are affordable and of good quality and the staff and manager here are very helpful and kind!

The 2 stars are bcz of the rude customer service which I received.this was when I went to collect a click and collect order, the lady who attended me had a really rude attitude.the Guess bag had some paper sticked on it and she was scratching the new bag with her nails to remove the paper.though I told her that it's okay n I'll manage it later.nope.she still wanted to scratch that off? I felt bad and disappointed at the non-caring attitude. Maybe she likes rough handling things but not me. In this scenario it was my bag which I had already paid and was there to collect them. The nail to the coffin was when she attended a personal call on her mobile phone while assisting me, she answered that and then threw the phone to the table.felt like she wanted to throw that at me.it was very upsetting. ; A humble request-please Choose your attitude towards customers

Sent my partner down to the store today to buy a handbag for me. He got there and the store was closed with a sign saying they will be back soon. They must have been on a break, fair enough all good. My partner waited for just over an hour and still no one there. He went to the info desk and they said someone else had complained a couple hours earlier for the same issue. I get that people need to habe their break, but there should have atleast been a return time on the sign.

Purchased a purse online for pick up at their Southlake branch. No hassle and pretty easy. Will purchase online more

Ordered on line for pick up and 1 hr later got email to say my order was ready, expected it to be 3 days before I could pick up. Fast, efficient service.

The service were excellent. Always nice to talk to staff that treat you as a person not just a customer.
