Bought a bag here. Told the employee that there had seemed to be a stain on the bag. She stated ‘it’s just going to get dirty after some use, I don’t notice it at all’ I looked at the employee with concerned eyes and she noticed too but insisted that I bought the bag

I went home and after close inspection, stain is very noticeable. I came for clean and brand new goods and am not satisfied.

Must have got them on a bad day then if other people reckon they are helpful

Well it seems all those nice shop attendants must be working somewhere else now. Family member visited store just after 9am on 19.7.2022 and shop attendant was on private phone call. Mostly ignored customer, was almost no help at all. And best of all was still on her private phone call when customer was paying for her purchase. Absolutely ridiculous.

Always lovely staff ready to help out anyone that needs assistance! My bag unfortunately broke (manufacturing error I think) and they were so lovely and helpful and apologetic that it had happened!

Bought Marikai handbag and strap broke on the first day of use. Not very friendly staff in shop on 2 December, a little aloof. Wont go back

I bought a purse in the boxing day sale that was marked $29.95 originally. It was in the 50% off container. They asked me how I was paying and I said by card. When I got home I realised that they charged me the full $29.95.
