The sales assistant at Traralgon is awesome. Nothing is too much trouble. Friendly warm welcoming a real pleasant shopping experience.

My partner and I were in store for over 5 mins looking at luggage.
Not as much as a can I help you. I went to the counter, both ladies standing there when I asked a question about carry on luggage they just pointed me back to the carry on and left us to our own devices.
Pretty poor I think. I got so cross bad customer service. I left and went to the MidValley store the Lady there had exceptional customer service from a warm greeting to helping and explaining the difference between cases.
I would have no issues recommending MidValley. But will never set foot in Stocklands Traralgon again!

Wheelchair friendly. Danny and I went looking for a new backpack for his wheelchair. We were offered a customer loyalty card that we took up. We initially bought on lay-by but then i went back the following week and paid for the item. I wouldn't say a massive choice of bags but they did have enough that we could pick one we liked. Friendly staff.

Staff are so friendly and helpful. They have the latest style of bags, wallets, purses at great prices and also discounted items are good quality.
