Worst experience with lady staff with short hair will never recommend anyone to shop in this place.highly disappointed

The lady with black dress with short hair was so rude.she doesn’t know how to speak with customer.will never come to this shop for whole life.very disappointed

Really disappointed with the attitude of one of the lady. Very rude. I was buying a guess bag for my family and waited little longer to decide. Very bad. Never going to buy from this store again. Not recommended.

Today I was served by lovely Lory. She was super helpful, very knowledgeable and very attentive to ensuring I was happy and looked after. The phone lines had been down all week and as a result the staff were using there own mobile phones to contact stores to check on stock as I needed two item ordering in; that is above and beyond in my opinion. The Service was exceptional and the travel bag I was looking for was on sale so I bought three! I cannot recommend shopping at Strand enough and speaking with Lory)

Today we were served by a lovely young lady Miriam. She was attentive, knowledgeable and couldn’t do enough for us. Thankyou for helping us with our purchase.

I really enjoyed my visit to this shop. I was casually walking through highpoint shopping centre when I saw Strand had some very nice bags on special. I went in, saw one that I liked that was at a nice price and then walked over to the lady who worked there. She was instantly very helpful, and accepted my money and got me a carrybag to put my purchase in. She then asked me to wait briefly while she went and replaced the bag I'd chosen of the stand with a brand new one from the back. I was very happy with the service and the excellent quality of the bag. Thank you for such great products and such efficient, friendly staff.

Very bad customer service the staff gossiped about the customer in front of them and did not serve well

Terrible customer service from the tall guy with glasses. We bought over 5 suitcases and maybe he was feeling overwhelmed but he swore in front of us. Very rude and incompetent

Bought a bag for high schooler. Good quality and got 30% off too. The shop in Marynbnong is pretty big with more selection too.

I received excellent and very knowledgeable and attentive help from Lucas, who listened to my luggage requirements down to the centimetre, and recommended 3 suitcases that would work perfectly. -All on sale! - so I purchased what we both agreed was the best of the 3.

Came in about two weeks ago and purchased four suitcases from the new Nere brand that replaces Flylite. The suitcases are fantastic quality and are super light to carry around. When we visited the store, the sales attendant was very helpful in finding us each colour that we needed. My only feedback would be that the store needs more staff on the weekend, as the staff were very overwhelmed with the suitcase sale and there were lots of people needing help or trying to make purchases, as well as long lines.

I wish there was 0 star rating. Worst strand bag. The middle aged lady with shoulder length black hair was seen very rude to the customer. She was looking very confused when asked about brand and did had much knowledge on what she was speaking. Was looking confused all the time making customers uncomfortable.

Terrible service! Pushy assistant just hovering around us being in our face the whole time. Everything was a big deal for her

Had the best customer service experience here, Charlee (I’m not sure if with e or y, my apologies) was extremely helpful, I told her what I was looking for and she found products suited to my needs, very informative too. I was not sure but she asked the right questions to suss out my needs. I went home with choice and now I’m ready to do a click and collect, thank you.

Lovely staff. They help me to choose proper luggage not the expensive one. Fair and sweet. I really enjoy shopping there and happy with my new luggage.

They have everything I wanted, the butlers who volunteer their gave me a handshake upon entry, exit and while I was there. No drinks allowed in the bags. Affordable, stylish and touchy

Staff were not familiar with their products, were dismissive when I raised a query pertaining to an inoperative luggage arm - and became quite rude after I elected not to purchase.
In a market segment which is saturated with options poor sales approach from these employees will push potential customers elsewhere.

An average mall luggage store. The staff were friendly, even if they were pushy. The range is good, having all types of budgets catered for. They seem to have sales every several weeks so if possible hold out your purchase until their sales start.

Helpful and there seem to always be things on sale.

Floor was extremely slippery though. My kid fell when going in. Could be due to renovation around but still.

Very low amount of choices for a store in high point location, very small, again the sale items are mixed with regular priced items and no one wants to spend 2 hours in the store looking for a sale item.
