7Always buy my bags here and had to buy a beauty case that was straight forward so my sister-in-law could use it and it wasn't complicated like others.
The young sales woman that I initially dealt with was extremely helpful.
Left my phone here and the lovely consultant made sure to hold on to it and put it in a safe place. Very impressed.
This store is a nice and Average Bag and Suitcase Store. I recommend this store for everyone who wants a new bag in Pakenham.
Not very happy.bought my wife a bag for Christmas.they didn't have the colour in that i wanted even tho their computer said they did.staff looked for about 1/2 and hour but as they couldn't find it they told me we could swap it after Christmas.my wife went in today to exchange it but was told she couldn't do a straight swap as we got a discount in a sale before Christmas.she had to pay extra to swap it for the same bag different colour.terrible customer service i will not be shopping there again
