STRAND Mornington

Today I visited the Mornington store around 1: 30pm and was assisted by a lovely young lady. She was so helpful and friendly and gave me such great advice on best luggage piece. I felt so comfortable with my purchase because she made it so seamless and not pushy at all! I would definitely go back just for the great service. Thank you!

Jeanie at the Mornington store is amazing! She helped us out during the Cyber Monday sales a few weeks ago, and we ended up walking away with 3 suitcases. She went above and beyond to show us all the features, and did not rush us at all. We are very happy with our purchases, and can’t thank Jeanie enough for her excellent customer service.

The staff that work here are extremely lovely, super knowledgeable and always happy to help. I have shopped here for years, and the same staff have been here for long time, which is alway nice to see a familiar face. The manager is such a lovely young lady and sold me everything I would need for my trip next week.

I had the pleasure of being served by Jaimee when I made a couple of purchases last night. She was fantastic ~ charming and knowledgeable about all the products & luggage which helped me make the right decision.
Strandbags are really lucky to have such a wonderful employee for their business.
I always return to Strandbags in Mornington as I find all the other staff are really lovely too.
