Terrible experience with rude staff member who ignored me completely at afternoon!

The staff is unprofessional, unfriendly, and rude. I walked in trying to repair a suitcase purchased 4years ago, she immediately said “I can’t help you“ after hearing my first sentence. I then insisted the suitcase is under warranty and showed original receipt, then she grudgingly agreed to help.
Although the suitcase is sent to repair in the end. But reasonable requests like this should not require an argument with staffs to be fulfilled.

I have only ever shopped at Strandbags at the Glen, for proximity and supporting local. Since June 2022 there's been a change of staff who is unfriendly, terse, disgruntled, will only serve after her lengthy chats with non customers outside of the store, clearly not happy working. I have certainly not enjoyed my interactions with this staff member try as I might to be civil and courteous.
Importantly, the lifetime warranty on the Guess range did not bring in the benefits as promise don purchase. In August 2022 I bought a complete Guess range with lifetime warrant. After my September 2022 travel, the hand luggage had a tear in the lining. In October 2022 I took the bag to the same staff member. Outright blame, accusations and judgements were my first experience from this staff member.at my insistence, it shifted to 'faulty item'. It was replaced by one that did not match my existing range. I opted for the replacement. When I asked if I could purchase the returned item (as it complimented my range), it was refused as supposedly not being the policy of Strandbags.

Once done, I provided feedback to the staff member who said that I could add my review which i now have!

Would I shop at Strandbags The Glen again? Never! I have Knox and Waverley Park as the next closest.
