The Storyfolk team are professionals who know their stuff inside and out. They stay ahead of the market influences, evolving trends to keep us at top-notch standards as well impressively taking time share insights and give guidance along the way. We worked closely with both Sarah and Cass whom are both very talented and they were able too re-fresh not only our brand but gave our a company new inspiration. I highly recommend using story folk and if I could would give 10 stars! If you are looking for a digital agency that cares and will nail the job then look no further than Storyfolk!

All I can say is after having the beautiful ladies at Storyfolk build our brand toolkit I have such mad respect for this industry and the amazingly talented people who are a part of it. Sarah and Cass have been patient, thorough and on time with delivery of work. We have been awed by their skilfulness and ingenuity in the creation of colour palettes, logos and every other tastefully thought out touch point. We are proud of the way they’ve enabled us to represent our brand.

It's difficult to find a creative studio that will deliver incredible work, be responsive to your concerns, and balance the right level of "challenge" to make sure that they're not just doing what you asked, but rather also making sure that the brand will be on-point for the intended audience. Storyfolk are able to do all that.

They're strong in both design + strategy which is a rare combination. They're also completely professional with work always being delivered on time and communicated very clearly. And they don't come with a sky high marketing agency price-tag, which is important if you're building a brand from scratch or starting a new business.

On top of that, Sarah and Cass are really lovely people to deal with and exhibit a great amount of care and attention to detail in the work and designs that they create. They're full of great ideas on how to connect with the audience that you have in mind and can think very wide as well as refine the meticulous little details at the end.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I had been explaining to Sarah how much I was struggling with promoting my brand. Being a 1-person operation I had to make time for customer emails, despatch, production issues, and all the normal daily tasks, but marketing activities had always fallen by the wayside. It’s hard to really get behind and push something you’re constantly critiquing, as any small business will know.

So when Storyfolk suggested designing me a pitch deck to help with conversations with prospective stockists, media, potential collaborators and customers it could not have been more appreciated. I actually sighed out loud, and wish I'd thought to ask for help sooner. Not only was their approach incredibly collaborative and considered, working to understand my brand story, my goals and core values, but they helped me look at my brand through a fresh and exciting lens, motivating me to see the value in my own work and continue to create. Looking at my brand through Storyfolk eyes, and then sharing the result has been incredibly rewarding.

From their meticulous approach in getting to know and understand us as people and the goals and vision we had for our brand, to the way they posed thought provoking questions and teased out ideas we were yet to consider, Sarah and Cass truly proved themselves to have an intuitive knowledge and understanding of branding that simply cannot be taught.

Each step of the way from our initial brief to the final product, Storyfolk worked closely with us to ensure that our Mental Health First Aid Infographics are an informative and accessible resource while incorporating clean and beautiful design.

The Mental Health First Aid Infographics provide appropriate, evidence-based guidance on how to best assist someone who is experiencing a mental health problem.

Storyfolk is the reason our grassroots community group Shift Australia turned from a scrappy operation to a polished, high impact organisation. The Storyfolk team were with us every step of the way - from deciding on a name, to developing an entire visual aesthetic to producing animations for our website. They took time and care, and I never felt like I was asking too many questions or too much of them (even when we changed our mind on colour palettes at the last minute!). Cass and Sarah understand what it's like to run a small organisation and as we have grown, they have been there for the journey. We can't wait to keep working with them in the future.

We've worked together across web design, digital campaigns and branded templates, and for every project they've actively sought to leave us with as much long term value as possible. Cass is amazing. She helped us with a complete re-brand of our distillery from logos to labels. Cass really takes the time to listen to who you are as a business and who you want to become.  The finished artwork she created for us is exceptional. We are really happy with what has been created thus far and look forward to working with Cass and the team in the future. Highly recommend Storyfolk Studio.

From the moment I contacted Storyfolk I knew they were different. Unlike all the other designers I’d contacted they didn’t immediately send me a generic portfolio with some logos which didn’t really mean anything to me. Instead they took the time to really get to know ME. To understand my business, my goals, and what I aimed to achieve.
Not only did they want to make sure they understood my goals, they wanted to make sure they aligned themselves with a business they truly believe in so they can achieve their best work. And achieve they did!
Once we’d signed on, they took the time to truly research and understand my industries, many things above and beyond what I had even researched! From there we went through an amazing process of mood boards, draft concepts, revisions and finally to the end result.
I was so impressed with how they communicated through each and every stage, and listened and acted upon any constructive feedback I gave.
We became partners rather than just a business who I had hired. They have supported and encouraged me through my struggles and celebrated in the wins.
I truly feel blessed to have found and had the opportunity to work with such an amazing company. For anyone looking for the best, you’ve found it in Storyfolk, and you can’t go wrong with them!

Storyfolk Studio was my first choice when I wanted to rebrand The TARA Clinic. The team at Storyfolk really took the time to understand me and my business from three aspects - it's history, where I was right now, and where I was planning to take the business. Amazingly, by completing my rebrand through Storyfolk I actually came to find a greater understanding of my business myself. I had envisioned the feeling that I was looking for and Storyfolk brought that feeling into a visual colour palette and consistent brand with my new logo, website and social overlay. I highly recommend Storyfolk for their work and how much they truly are invested in ensuring your business is successful and on brand.
