Story House Early Learning Tarneit

I had to edit review as this is not the same centre since their manager left.
There are still amazing teachers and educators but unfortunately organisation and support towards the parents is poor. They don't reply on emails not on the phone.
Few times we would leave messages and never get them to call us back.
They sure need someone to organise everything, otherwise more families will decide to go somewhere else.

My son has settled well and kudos to everyone involved to make him feel welcome and comfortable. We are so excited to see many improvements in our son routine after joining the centre.

Very happy with Story house early learning, specially with the staff and their commitment. I send my daughter with peace of mind, knowing she is well looked after.

My kids love Story House Tarneit. The staff and educators are very friendly and helpful. They treat everyone as a family. My kids learn a lot while having loads of fun. I am assured of their safety and comfort while I am at work. My kids love the food they serve too

I have two girls who have been at the centre since they were 8 months old! 4 years later it is still the centre of choice. Love the rooms staff and my children's face at drop off and pick up. They really care and take the time to allow the child to explore and feel content. Can't recommend this centre enough.

The outdoor area is also filled with new and exciting things and both my girls would never leave! The staff always work with you on any issues you may have around sleeping or eating which makes transition absolutely a dream.

This is our first learning centre and i think for future I would love to go with you guys. Team is really nice, everyone make us satisfied with their hard work.

My kids have been going to the Story house (East yellow/orange room) for awhile. My girl loves going there, she loves her teachers. She talks about what she did there, her friends and teacher so much. Also, my baby boy has a separation anxiety but he is good with his educators there. I can tell that they must have provided a good care for them.
I am very satisfied with the service. My kids get to do a lot of activities such as art craft, drawing and dancing (I can see from daily photo). And a lot of outdoor playing which is necessary for my toddler girl as she has a lot of energy, and their outdoor area is spacious enough for my girl to explore. Furthermore, I can tell that they care about kids a lot. I was impressed by the way they comfort my baby boy that they asked me to provide the photos of our family and stuffs my kid likes, so they can show those photos when my baby is unsettled. By seeing those, I can tell them they always look for the way to provide best environment for kids. I am happy that I found right place for my kids.

Always friendly staff, who are wonderful with our daughter. She has grown so much more independent and less shy through being here. And she loves the instructors! Thank you.

Every parent knows how its a difficult and daunting experience to find the right daycare for your child/children. I know for me and my wife it took us a while in finding the right one for our son to attend. Long story short S. H. E. L. T is the best decision we've made. Staff is absolutely amazing and the best, communication is on another level with staff always sending through reports, photos and updates, the center itself is clean, secure and well maintained and absolutely warm and welcoming. Our son has learnt so much in the little time hes attended and thats because everyone goes over and beyond for him.
Wish we enrolled him earlier. THANKS STORY HOUSE EARLY LEARNING TARNEIT!

Amazing and trustworthy ChildCare were you can leave your kid without a worry. My kid is attending this service from April this year and is always very happy to be in the ChildCare.

All the Educators and staffs go above and beyond to take care of the Children, especially during this pandemic with the extra hygiene routine.

My daughter Venisha Lamba is studying in Story house. It feels so good when my child comes home with lots of happiness and explain as she was too happy at daycare and enjoyed a lot. Staff is very cooperative and friendly. Nice ambience and the staff & management always follows covid-19 safety precautions. I was a bit sceptical when it came to changing daycares for my girls, but from the minute I rang and spoke to the staff and met the educators I was at ease. Everyone has been so great and welcoming. My girls love StoryHouse and we have shared our experience with our other friends who are also considering sending their kids to StoryHouse. We appreciate that we are kept informed about everything that happens on a daily basis and the educators treat us like a part of their family. No kid is treated like just another child but they are treated with the love and respect these children get at home. Thank you for being such an important part of our kids development.

My daughter Lydia has been attending story house since May 2021 when she was 7 months old.
They made it so easy for her to transition to full time day care. She loves all the educators and really enjoys herself.
Plus they keep her engaged and teach her so many things. I've never had an issue with my daughter eating, sleeping or playing at Storyhouse.
The nursery is spacious and all the babies have lots of room to play and explore.
Highly recommend!

This is just an Amazing centre for the kids. The educators and all other staffs are lovely and they give attention to every small details for your kids. The rooms are spacious and the play area is equipped with all the facilities where our lil ones can enjoy their time with their friends. My daughter loves to go and she is very happy with her educators. She is learning new things each day and is very keen to see her friends every morning. What more can I ask for as a parent. Amazing service and very good for parents who work casual hours. I can book in any day and Story house will accomodate. They have great educators and I cannot thank them enough, they really have helped with my daughter's learning and helping her achieve her milestones!

My daughter Anamta Ali is going to this center since she was 18 months old and she is now 5 years old attending her kinder here. Staff here is very polite and caring. My daughter loves her teachers.
Once I changed my mind and took my daughter out of this childcare and I was unable to find a better one in this area and rejoined this center again. I realize the staff and the management is way better than other centers I personally visited. Therefor I recommend this center to most of my friends.

We would like to recommend this centre to the families who really looking for great care for their children. We are with them for nearly 8years and we can confidently say that we are really happy with their customer service and most importantly the love, care and attention they have given to our kids. Amazing, professional and supportive staff. Clean and hygienic environment for all.

My son has been going to Story House Early Learning since he was 3 months old. He is now a year old and i have always had a great experience. My son is well looked after and i do not have to worry. Tania, Nikka, Carolina, Courtney, Fantu, Wendy, Emily and all the other ladies at Story House have been amazing. I would highly recommend this daycare to any parents/caregivers. You will get daily updates on what your child is doing with pictures from the app along with what they ate, nappies etc. If they are any issues the ladies are prompt in letting you know. Everyone i have come across has been warm and lovely.
