Story House Early Learning Springvale South

I love to share my experience with Story House Early Learning Springvale South. My daughter just finished her 4 years Kinder program and started her prep this year. Ying, Christian and Jackey helped her to make the best foundation. Everyday she was excited to go and meet her friends and Educators. Ying runs kinder program very effectively and smoothly, also make it interesting and informative for children. Every day my daughter came home with smile and talked about her day.
All these preparations and routines set up by Ying made a great start for my daughter for her new school. She is very confident and independent now.
Michelle and Alma both are really amazing and helpful. Every morning Michelle greet everyone with smile.
The centre is great and environment is very supportive for children.

My daughter has just recently finished the 4yo kinder programme, beginning in term 3 moving from clyde to keysborough was a big change! Ying and Christine made it very easy for her to settle with nil issues. Communication with the staff has had no fault. Continuous posts on the app. My 4yo coming home everyday from kinder with “did you know that” when asked who taught you that she responded with “at my kindergarten” The kinder program is run very well with no fault very educational and hands on learning.

Management of the centre is very warm and welcoming Michelle and Alma are very informative and always willing to make time and answer any questions.

I have recently enrolled my 2yo to start in 2023!

Highly recommend Story House Springvale south!

We had such a hassle with other daycares while trying to arrange availability and administration—not with Story House! Michelle & Alma were on top of everything & made the entire process effortless and stress-free!
We were able to do orientation before our child started part time. All questions answered & my child’s needs discussed and exceeded.
The daycare has an app that posts photos, events and class updates on a daily basis.
Daycare has a very warm, family vibe & children are very well socialised and have a lot of activities/toys to play with.

Overall, I’d give a 10 star if I could. My child is always excited to go to daycare & is always smiling when we pick him up.

I cannot rate this centre high enough. The service manager Michelle is an absolute gold star. Her knowledge and communication is incredible, and her caring attitude towards my kids is amazing. Every single staff warmly says hello/goodbye to my children and I, and it’s clear they are passionate and happy to be there. This gives a lot of confidence as a parent. Daily communication about my children's day is great, and they have always been on board with making or receiving suggestions for the best care for my kids. Even the chef calls out to say hello and has made a firm friend in my kinder kid.

All carers in this centre really focus on nurturing each child individually and are keenly respectful of the child's progress and development. Excellent programs, warm and enthusiastic caring! It is very flexible time and special needs. The place is clean, neat, modern, interactive and stimulating environment. Highly recommend!:)

I came for orientation in the nursery room two weeks ago. My baby was crying and no attention was given. The room had two other babies. It seemed like no one cared. I heard good things about this centre from a friend last year. I came in last September the place was lovely and cheerful and when I came two weeks ago all seemed doom and gloom. What changed? There was no one at reception to answer few of my questions. Mind you I was there for 4 hours. When I asked a staff member who I can talk to about enrolling my child I was told to come at 6: 30 am really? !? It was a big no I was definitely not expecting this kind of treatment. I would not recommend this place to anyone. No No No

My Son has been attending this centre since he was 5 months old, he is now almost 15 months old! I absolutely LOVE this centre! They really care for all the children there and go above and beyond to make you feel like family! I am told about my Sons day every single time I pick him up and receive phone calls anytime they are concerned about any issues. Their daily programming/activities are probably the best i've ever seen! I get sent photos every day of my Son doing something different! I know when I drop my child off that he will have a different experience every single time! The Educators really think about how they can help children's learning and development and put a lot of effort into the activities they provide on a daily basis. I can not highly recommend this place enough! It's hard to come across a good centre that will tick all your boxes!

We just moved our little girl to Storyhouse and it has been superb so far. The transition for our daughter has been so smooth and easy which makes our busy day to day life all the better.

Story house is bright, clean and organised and the staff are very accomodating and wonderful. My little girl comes home excited to tell me everything she’s learnt for the day. She is learning so much and is excited to go everyday with wonderful staff and lots of new friends.

Aurelie is terrible educator, a screamer, she is also the worst educator there. Has no customers service skills. She hits children.

The boss does not say anything.

My 15 months old son has been attending Story House Springvale South for about 2 months now, I couldn't be happier. There's a few childcare centers around my area, I have made the right choice by choosing Story House Early Learning. Only after a few days, he has learned a lot of things.

Story House has many activities for my kid to play and learn and also they post Nursery's Daily Reflection via an app so you can see what your kid activities during the day care. Easily download and keep photos for those special moments.

Would strongly recommend this Early Learning Center, my second son would also be going there when he's big enough. Friendly staff and they love kids like their own so thank you.

My two boys have been going to Storyhouse Springvale South for almost a year now and we couldn't be happier with the care that they receive from all the wonderful educators. The Kinder program is so enriched and diverse. The educators are attentive and take the time to nurture the kids independence and skills. I know my kids are happy and well looked after when they're at Storyhouse.

Both my 2 year old son and 4 year old daughter attend Springvale South Storyhouse and I wouldn't have it any other way. From the first day of opening my daughter was enrolled and attended and I really want to emphasize how much of a family community it is there. Even if i were to move to Cranbourne, knowing there is Storyhouse there, I would still drive to and from the Springvale South centre, no doubt about it. Michelle (the Service Director) and her team of Educators are the most loving, compassionate and dedicated educators I have ever come across. The patience and understanding reflects how sincere and genuine they are with our children. My oldest is off to primary school next year, and I am already sad at the thought that this is her last year with Storyhouse: (
The meals that are provided are nutriously cooked on site with so much heart, you have no doubt that you can breathe easy that our children are eating well.
And yes, nappies and wonderful educational learning are also provided, but what you get is so much more. You get the sense that you are part of a family. Thankyou Storyhouse Springvale South for everything you've given our children. Also the understanding and love you show everyday, not only with our children but with us parents too! X

This is great day care, they actually care for the kids and we can tell how our son is happy to be there and he actually learns many things and develop his motor skills and all are staff is great and friendly.

My son has been attending storyhouse springvale since he was 11months and is now 2 years old and I cannot fault them. They have been amazing from day 1. They give there absolute all to the attention and care they give my son. To see his smiling face at the end of the day giving his educators a smile and hug, I know he is in good hands. We chose the centre because of its warm reception and loved how it felt like a family. We are so beyond happy with storyhouse and I can tell my son is very happy too:)

This is the best local centre for me & my wife, we have looked at other places & the people that are apart of the team is what captured my wife & i to get both our kids to attend here.

We absolutely loved our experience at Story House Springvale. Now its been six months my child is going to the centre and he always go happy. All of the educators and centre manager have such a kind, caring approach and my son feels like a family and very settled at the centre. Big thanks to all. The daily activities are always fun, engaging and intentional. They are well communicated via Story Park which meant we could extend these learnings at home. The centre is well resourced and has a beautiful homely feel to it. An exception centre that I would highly recommend to families looking for care.

My son loves going to this Story House Springvale Early learning centre. The communication is great, the educators really care, the learning and activities are outstanding. The Centre Director and all staff always welcomes you with a smile and the regular Storypark posts really shows how your child is evolving and having fun daily!

My son has made so much developmental progress thanks to the educators at Story House Springvale South. They plan educational activities that suit each kids needs and have helped my son gain a larger vocabulary, logic skills and he has learned to play with others. He feels so welcome and loved there and always looks forward to coming back. It's like a home away from home.

You know when you find something that truly makes you happy? Or someone? Well we have. It's here at Story House Springvale. This child care centre really makes my heart happy. I see our daughter and how truly content she is and I know it's because of the love and care that the staff at Story House show her. They truly love her and support her. I know she's only little, and possibly not really aware of how much all of the staff love her - but I see it and I feel it. Thank you to the team at Story House. You are amazing and I can't thank you enough. It's truly a feeling of complete contentment knowing when you have found such a special place.
