Edit- funny how this didn't post when I posted it months ago. Still sharing our experience.
The worst place to learn music. Don't waste your time or money. To enter the building (if you can find it) you walk down a dodgy looking alleyway, often in heavy rain. I was assured it was all being rebuilt and to look forward to that this year. My daughter loves her teacher and I was assured by signing up for term 1 we had locked in our timeslot and teacher for this year. Instead, my wife gets an email stating there's "changes" and our daughter's teacher had been changed! No phone call- no one to talk to us! Never met this teacher previously. No idea who they are. Just a generic email from someone in Sydney pretending to care. The teacher is the only reason we went there. My wife told them we wouldn't be coming back without the teacher we signed up for and then they clearly hadn't read anything because they asked why we wouldn't be back. They're trying to keep our deposit which at this point I don't care about. My daughter doesn't want to do music anymore but we've looked into other music schools that are much better priced and hopefully find something. Please don't waste your time here- I doubt a lot of these 5 star reviews are even real. They're all in Sydney trying to be a big company and don't care about the students. My daughter doesn't matter but our money does.
