Complete disappointment. Our mezzanine was not made to the plans we signed off on. The steel frame sections were warped and every cross member tab had to be modified by the fabricator who spent two days fixing all the faults. The fabricators also damaged our property and refuse to acknowledge fault. Every member of Storemax are ignoring our requests for compensation and it leaves us no other option but to take the case to VCAT. I would not recommend Storemax to anyone wanting a mezzanine floor
