My experience with Store Local Hallam was really good. Dave was extremely professional and very helpful at every step of the process. Accurate information was provided in terms of what to expect with storage and Dave made sure he was available to answer any queries early on, even after hours at times. The storage facility itself was very secure and clean. All my furniture and items were spotless even 10 months later with absolutely no dust/damage from moisture.

Overall, a very seamless and smooth experience with this store from day 1. I would highly recommend this store to anybody looking at storage options in the area.

We have been using Store local Hallam & previously Hallam Storage since we closed down our factory a couple of years ago. It's kept clean and the staff is great. No pressure ever. Very happy with them, had to get an extra small unit to help my daughter out for a few month now to store a few pieces of furniture, Dave just super helpful & friendly, highly recommendable & safe.

Affordable prices, with clean facilities. The staff are friendly and professional, I stored my belongings here for 3 months I never had a issue. I well secured yard made it very safe to use this facility. Staff always happy to help assisting when ever needed. I would use them again and recommend anyone to give them a try.

We have just moved our shipping container to StoreLocal Hallam and could not have asked for better service. Dave and his team have been so helpful. The tray drivers Dave uses are really skilled with containers. Thank you for looking after our belongings.

Great storage location near the freeway, access was great and it served its purpose. Staff were always friendly, not that they were needed. Have moved on and no longer need the storage but would have no hesitation in recommending Store Local at Hallam.

A short while after becoming a new customer of StoreLocal Narre Warren, I realised that I would need substantially more storage space than I first envisaged and that additional containers might not offer the most convenient or efficient space utilisation for what I needed to store. When I presented my dilemma to David, he mentioned that there was a potential solution at the Hallam facility and that he would check and respond to me later that day. As promised, David called me during that afternoon and described the amazing suggested-solution to me. I was pleasantly surprised and was excited to inspect the space, which I did the same day. I was particularly impressed with David’s empathy and thoughts for my wife’s health condition, which he took into consideration in the location/accessibility and layout of the storage space. I am thrilled with the space, ease of access and the very competitive pricing/cost per square metre. I thank David most sincerely for the special effort exerted to find such an ideal solution for me so promptly. I also express my thanks to his colleagues, Adam and Dave who have also been of great assistance to me during my short time as a customer of Store Local Narre Warren/Hallam.
