Stop Noise

Excellent product and fantastic, helpful staff. This was a great experience for us. We moved into our house recently and the front faces a road that can be very busy so noise first thing in the morning can be an issue. We looked in to replacing our windows with double glazing but having a large two store house the cost was prohibitive especially since we have some period windows. Stop Noise provided an excellent alternative. The noise has significantly diminished (not completely disappeared) so that I don't notice it and the seal Stop Noise put around the front door really helped too. Because many of our windows are old and rickety the secondary glazing really helped seal off drafts and provided a good deal. We're really impressed and would highly recommend. Thank you Stop Noise. We recently had six windows installed by Stop Noise. I must say we found all the staff and management very courteous and helpful. They did the work on time and made efforts to ensure that we were happy with the end result. Congratulations to Ron & Carol for the great product and team you have. It's unfortunately quite rare these days. We can unreservedly recommend Stop Noise. We found it particularly useful to visit the display room & factory in Carrum Downs.

We are on the main road and already have double glazing in the bedrooms but we were still unable to get a good night sleep as we could hear the cars go by. Contacted stop noise for a quote and I have to admit, I was a bit nervous on how the stop noise windows will end up looking. We arranged for a time on Saturday to visit their factory and were impressed by what we saw. On the day of install the boys arrived ahead of time and were thorough with their work. They took out the beading in existing windows and did that very carefully so it doesn't damage the window. The noise has reduced quite a lot and the windows look good too, we are very happy with the end result and will potentially be getting stop noise installed in downstairs rooms also. One happy customer and thank you to team at stop noise.

I normally come on here to write good reviews for amazing service & products, this is the first negative review I've ever written.

This Stop Noise window was installed some time ago, in an attempt to quieten traffic noise impacting sleep. While it has made some difference, it's minimal, and the noise still comes in plenty.

However now the window will only stay less than halfway up, as per the image.

After FIVE return visits to 'fix the springs', 'swap the springs' I am being told this is the best they can do. Stop Noise have blamed the company that makes the windows (?) - I asked if the springs are not capable of holding the window open can they please install a latch mechanism to be able to maintain airflow in the room, at a minimum, to which no offer has been made.

What a waste of everyone's money & time - we're left propping a $1,600 window open with random objects from around the house!

I can't rave enough about my double glazing! It's magic. Stop noise are amazing my window was installed within 2 weeks. Great service, friendly staff. I can't wait to get more windows installed. I highly recommend this product and service worth every cent.

Great solution for inner city living, I had some initial problems as the frame was so large it ended up sagging (causing the doors to not close properly) but they came back and worked out a bracing solution. The unit has now become an investment unit and my tenants appreciate the amazing reduction in noise

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Can't thank Stop Noise enough for the secondary glazing we are sleeping a whole lot better now that the windows are in and cant hear the neighbors dogs barking and its has been so good so far with the winter the house is stay a lot warmer and the heater is hardly going on! I live on a ground floor apartment a bit back from a main road with trams, trucks and cars driving past. The noise would generally wake me up several times a night even with earplugs in.
After getting these guys to install their product I don’t even need the earplugs anymore!
I’m really amazed. It ended up being cheaper than double glazing and looks fine.

Our blind was removed and "reinstalled" to get new window in. It was reinstalled so poorly that it came off wall and lay damaged on floor.
When i rang to complain i was told "Well what do you want me to do about it? ". Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.

Stop Noise was installed only a few weeks ago and we are very happy with it so far. There has been significant reduction in street noise. Awesome product so far!

Follow up 1 month after install: we are still very happy with the noise reduction. A very noticeable difference in temperature as well. Moisture accumulation is no longer occurring along the old windows. Excellent product.
