Always a treat to visit Stoned Crystals either online or in person at their gorgeous store in Elsternwick. A beautiful selection of high vibrational crystals. The staff are also gorgeous. Been a customer for a few years now and never disappointed. I love this store!

I have been lucky enough to acquire some really beautiful, and unique pieces from Stoned Crystals. I struggle to find the same high quality elsewhere.

I have filled my home with beautiful statement pieces from Stoned Crystals. Some of the best quality crystals I have ever seen. I have not been disappointed with any purchases and I can highly recommend watching their live shows.

I came across stoned crystals a couple of years ago and have purchase beautiful crystals and statement pieces through them since then. The prices are higher then some other crystal stores but I choose to purchase through stoned crystals because they have excellent service, never hesitate to help with enquiries and the quality of there crystals are amazing.

Stoned Crystals have some of the most amazing crystals - always beautiful quality, great prices and the sales team are always so kind and helpful. I have only ever purchased online but am a repeat customer and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to any other crystal lovers

I purchased the maidens crystal bracelet - first time I wore it it chipped. I contacted stoned crystals and sent the chipped bracket back - from my own pocket.

The replacement came and it shattered AGAIN the first time I wore it.

Asked for a refund because that’s a lot of money to spend. Was told because two of them broke they can only give me a gift card. So I accepted that - decided to buy an opal necklace.

LEAS THAN ONE WEEK FROM GETTING IT THE OPAL HAS FALEN OUT OF THE FITTING

Poorly made and poor materials used. Not worth the money and I am 100% expecting a refund. This is absolutely ridiculous.

3 items - all broken within the first few times of wearing.

Ordered a few items online for delivery to Sydney, unfortunately some of the pieces were damaged, I am extremely grateful to the team at Stoned Crystals especially Joe the Customer Service Manager, the replacement pieces that were sent were more than I could ever imagine, a better selections than I had originally made, and delivery was prompt and intact.

Every crystal or piece of jewellery I've purchased from Stoned Crystals is at least A grade quality. They are alive with essence, vitality, light & beauty as reflected in the service & kindness from the crystal concierge team!

I can't say enough good things about this shop! Every single staff member is sooo incredibly sweet, very genuine and they really go out of their way to help you. Their service is exceptional. I have bought quite a number of onyx lamps and crystals from this store and it has really helped turn my house into a cozy home?
Everything I have bought off of them is incredibly beautiful and has great energy. Items are always packaged with a lot of care. I just love you guys! Keep up the good work. This is my favourite crystal shop in Australia.

A recent follower of Stoned Crystals, came across them during the EOFY sales. This is THE place to get all your crystals and well being goods. The live sales are fabulous and all the staff are amazing. Well priced items, and ethically sourced. I have not missed a live sale and have made numerous purchases. Drove nearly an hour to come to this store. They said they were open till 5: 30. Gpt here at 1pm and they are closed. Two people inside working. But when I knocked on the window they ignored me. Very disappointing

Specifically travelled to this store to purchase multiple items. Arrived at the advertised opening time and stood outside waiting for 30 minutes and the store still didn't open. After talking to the other staff members in the stock room no one opened the main store for us disappointing customer service

I absolutely love this store! I bought a gorgeous Selenite crystal sphere with gold stand for my best friend and one for myself. I absolutely love it. Could not recommend Stoned Crystals highly enough!

I am in love with their crystals. I have bought quite a few and I am obsessed! These crytals have added so much character to my home and they are everywhere in my home constantly winking at me and I love it! With so many selling crystals these days it’s hard to define who’s actually genuine. Staff are always helpful & obliging with any query’s I’ve forwarded about my purchases. Absolutely love my crystals

Scam. You all should be ashamed. Shop elsewhere for better product and fair prices.
Every negative connotation on social media is deleted promptly, no explanation given. I bet they have a “leave a 5 star review, get 10% off” type deal.

They make you feel apart of the family and provide exceptional service. Nothing but the highest quality of crystals and products.
