My wife and I visited the Somerton Showroom and met with Nicole.
We received exceptional service from Nicole. Without visiting the showroom our stone choice would have been very difficult and as you are spending quite a lot on stone seeing your stone in a large size rather than a sample really helps in making your decision. I would highly recommend you make a time to visit the showroom and Nicole is really helpful in matching your colours to ensure the stone you select suits your home and of course budget.

I visited Stone Ambassador in Melbourne through a referral and absolutely loved the availability in variations as well as the assisstance that Nicole provided in narrowing down my choises and finting the right stone benchtop. Thank you once again, cannot recommend them enough.

Visited showroom to look at the porcelain and engineered stone slabs in person. The full range of slabs were on display. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the product differences and able to answer my questions. They are able to show you full size slabs in the warehouse if you want but I opted to just see the showroom and was also given samples of the ones I liked. Worth visiting to touch and feel the stone in person.

Nicole was most helpful during our visit to the showroom. Her knowledge of the products assisted us in choosing what we needed for our ensuite vanity.

As soon as I walked in the door the team at Sone Ambassador welcomed me with a smile. Their products knowledge was fantastic and they were always ready to answer all my questions. Thank you for all your assistance.

The showroom was immaculate displaying all their stones in slab sizes to get a true representation of the product.

We visited the showroom in Somerton yesterday. Service desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Strongly recommend anyone who plan for their kitchen/bathroom to visit the showroom because you can imagine how the bench look like when seeing just a small sample piece from stonemason. From the showroom you can see the actual slab and match with the colour of your cabinet. Happy visit.

Went to showroom yesterday and were greeted by Alicia who was most helpful in showing us their very impressive showroom, best we have seen! She provided informative advice and helped us select the right benchtop for us. The layout design needs you to easily look at slabs of stone and narrow down your choices. Thanks for making the experience easier than expected.

Was a pleasure to deal with the guys down at Stone Ambassador. Very polite and helpful staff made the experience enjoyable rather than stressful. I'm looking forward to returning when my build has progressed further. Definitely will recommend for anybody looking to build or renovate.

I would highly recommend stopping in at Stone Ambassador. Currently I am renovating a Kitchen, Laundry and Bathroom areas in my house and I wanted to incorporate Stone Benchtops for a luxury feel. Nothing beats seeing the many stone varieties in person! It can be an overwhelming task choosing colours & textures. Alicia guided me with colour pairing and product knowledge, I will be using “Ottoman Grey” through my home. Big help, Thankyou

Stone Ambassador Melbourne Showroom was incredibly helpful. I drove up from Geelong to specially see the new Marbella stone. A large slab was ready and waiting for me to view. I was so thrilled with the new colour that I placed an order for it with my cabinet maker on the drive home. Apparently we need 4-5 slabs and luckily the Showroom was able to let me know that stock was available. So looking forward to seeing this gorgeous stone throughout our whole house and sharing the photos. Thank you.

Scrolling through lots and lots of photos on line for bench tops and splash backs ideas I finally found what I wanted. Beautiful Super While porcelain sheets by Vasari. I booked myself an appointment as I was eager to get my kitchen back.
Upon arrival I was greeted by Sonya who made me feel very welcome. She had all the the information I needed, and time to listen to, and answer all my questions.
When I booked my appointment I did not realise it was a wholesale showroom, my aim was to go and put an order in and get my kitchen done. (i know, I know, we want it all done yesterday haha). This wasn't a problem and the girls were kind enough to provide me with details of companies they deal with in my area to contact.

Alicia at Stone Ambassador Somerton, Vic was fantastic! She talked through all and I mean ALL of the stone range and helped us narrow it down before she then took us to see the full size stone. She had an eye for colour and really helped us decide which stone best suits the tiles and Polytec we had chosen. Would recommend going to Stone Ambassador in Somerton where the staff are super helpful and know their stuff!

Fantastic customer service - was asked if I would like to see the stone in its large format in the warehouse. I could easily see the differences in the two stone choices I was considering.
