Telecom at Stolz, is very helpful I never have any issues there. My husband and i have also purchased quite a few items of home products from the stolz shop, best shop in area can highly recommend it.

I've been in there more than once and it's always ' too hard ', so my reply is, ok, thanks we'll go to Rory's Telstra shop in Shepparton and nothing is ever a problem. Other family members have had the same problem. I have an injury problem, so it's not ideal for me to do an hour round trip to Shepparton, but we've always come back home happy

This was amazing service Josh in the Telstra area was fantastic he helped my mum get set and was very patient and kind thank you!

Great service and great knowledge. The staff were very patient with the customer they were helping, I would be more than comfortable sending my elderly parents there for help with their phone or internet.

Only down side is there was limited staff available so there is a wait for service when it's busy. But well worth the wait for the good service!

Bought a lounge suite this morning, thanks to the Solz team, especially Sharon who was very patient & extremely helpful including organising delivery. Eventhough we no longer live in Benalla, we somehow always end up here & its not just the great deal, which WAS great, but the whole experience. Stolz have the formula right, the balance between being helpful & making a sale & that attitude has to come from the top down, which is great for we the customers. Another easy & pain free process, thanks again Sharon & team.

I was having trouble with my pre-paid SIM activation for my new phone. Took it in to the Telstra section of the store. The customer service was great and the lady who served me was very nice and sorted my problem out in ten minutes. The quality of the main store is the same. Five stars and would highly recommend Stolz.

Excellent, great range, good quality brands, both furniture and kitchen. You can easily furnish your home without ever leaving the store.

I bought a large amount of furniture from this store and the service was absolutely beyond reproach. The furniture was for my new home being built and they kindly ordered it in ahead of time so that it would all be ready for moving in time. They kept me informed of all developments along the way and were extremely helpful when it came to making choices. Their delivery staff (who also delivered my bed) were exceptionally well presented, very friendly and were incredibly careful.
