Stocked Food Store

My absolute favourite food deli. Have been buying from Stocked for years and I can’t fault them. Fabulous selection and everything is absolutely delicious. They also have a great Christmas menu which we’ve been ordering off for years. Turkeys cooked to perfection with all the trimmings. Takes all the pressure off Christmas lunch. The staff are always so friendly and I love the gorgeous Janice.

Mate. It doesn't get much better than this. Staff are absolute legends, food is out of this world, couldn't fault it if I tried mate. Bloody perf

I have been buying take away food from here for over four years and have never been disappointed. They have a policy of not showing prices on anything as most of the food is sold by weight. I have seen this cause some surprise from customers when they see the steep prices but to be completely fair the quality of the produce that they use must be very expensive so I think it is a case of you get what you pay for.

Standards have slipped enormously. My family has been shopping there 15+ years. Lately, we’ve had inedible take home meals of rock hard uncooked potatoes, and capsicum that wasn’t de-seeded. It’s not as fresh either. Today - our Christmas order was missing x 2 gravies, the cranberry sauce. We miss Janice who ran a tight ship and took pride in the food.

Expensive food which is not fresh most of the time. Food that requires refrigeration left on the counter.

High staff turnover, staff are clearly unhappy and overworked by management.

Rude owner Tess, purchased an expensive food item and it was left from my bag. When I called about it she accused me of eating it already and forgetting.

Clearly only white people, usually young girls, working the front of house, a clear divide between them and the kitchen staff (most of whom are of colour).

Unhygienic store, heard from old employee that fridges and spaces are not adequately cleaned per regulations and mould in food storage spaces.

Much cheaper and better quality produce at toscanos and the butcher next door.

I was standing in the store for about 5 minutes before the owner came out and gave me fantastic service and apologised for the wait. Beautiful food and great service from the owner. Very disappointed in the service from other staff members who served others who entered the store after me before me when I was clearly waiting. One staff member pocked me with her finger to get me out of her way. Not only was that a invasion of my space but if she kindly asked me to move I would have done so.

There is so much variety in this store, everything looks fresh and delicious! Lots of take home food to choose from. Highly recommend!

We were served by Sophie today who was blatantly rude. It’s a shame because the shop is wonderful and we were very keen to buy more. I asked for my food to be heated, not knowing that this was only takeaway but was made aware very unkindly that my request wasn’t an option.
Very disappointed!

The range and quality of the products are amazing for sure, but it's the loveliness of the staff-their warmth, their beautiful manner, their care and professionalism which makes visiting this store and returning to it time and time again a sheer joy. The professional friendly staff enhance their large range of premium STOCKED food and drink supplies will providing a luxury homely cafe vibe with delicious salads, cabinet savory food and 8 seater tables to read the paper to. Outside seating is plentiful and from word of mouth and spending a long time working in a neighbouring shop on Glenferrie Rd I can tell you this is a must visit! The owners are very friendly too.

Fast becoming my favourite deli stores.this store and the other in Glenferrie Rd are to me without doubt the best suburban deli's around. The shops are immaculate, the selection of food is outstanding, as is the service which is friendly and helpful. The choices are so good it becomes a pleasure just trying to select that something special to take home. Most definitely worth a visit. Regularly.

The food is amazing and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. This is by far the best gourmet food store in Melbourne (both stores!).

The most immaculate food store and the biggest variety of fresh cooked meals. From cheeses to salads this place is a one stop shop for all your catering or food choices. It has an amazing vibe and you don’t want to leave without buying enough to stock your fridge and pantry! The owners are so helpful and accommodating. Well done STOCKED you know how to make customers come back again and again.

Yesterday I in stocked food store in Malvern road and love it.this shop was right up my a lee this is a great shop if you are a true food lovers shop.this deli shop is the best shop I have ben to a part from Prahran market and the David jones food hall.

Thank you for the best home made tartare sauce which was a big hit at my dinner party. Extremely helpful staff. Fabulous variety of food. The cheese selection is always very good. A real gem in our area. Couldn't live without Stocked.
