I chose Peter as my agent because of his good personal and professional reputation, which I found to be well justified. He proved to be trustworthy, knowledgeable and hard-working, with good judgement and excellent communication skills. He seems to be good at his job because he truly loves the work and there is no mistaking this kind of enthusiasm, no matter where it is found. I would recommend Peter and his team to anyone looking for a very good real estate agent.

Like a warrior, I was forced into enduring a very bitter and ruthless sales process at the very end. To then be told, given the current climate, there would be no way the property could be leased no more than $500/ week. This left me so disappointed given all the possibilities for potential tenants. However, the property got signed up by amazing tenants IMMEDIATELY after the property got legally signed over to me.

O'Brien Joyce Wangaratta have been the property managers for my investment property since mid 2021. And whilst I have been very pleased with the professional service offered to me during all that time, it's is the communications, and the people in the O'Briens Joyce team that I value most.
