I'm looking for a rental property, OBrien Ringwood listed a property to rent on a Thursday and it was leased before the first open for inspection on Saturday. Their policy says that I have to come to an open for inspection before I can even apply and they are firm with this policy too. However it seems that at least one of the realestate agents at this place is more then happy to ignore the rules set by his employers and imposed on all aplicants to most likely give the place to one of his friends or family. Realestate agents already have the deserved reputation of being terrible for renters to deal with and this sort of behaviour is one of the many reasons why.
