Brendan was well informed and experienced in land sales in the Mount Cottrell and surrounding areas, this being the primary reason we selected him as our agent. LIARS, CONNIVING. NO SUPPORT TO RENTERS WHATS SO EVER.i asked for property extend lease after i found out my new house builder went into admiration.so i asked if they can extend on month to month even offering more on rent, they said owners would like to reclaim property due to family moving in.so me wanting to do the right thing agreed.they kept insisting if we are moving out making sure we would meet move out date.pressuring to surrender the keys even when the day that been paid for has not finished.then we realise that they relisted property on line
how heartless on the owners.now me and my family are living out of cars and hotel every other day.bond was giving back due to us leaving property better then we moved in.i hope ur next tenant makes ur life living hell like you did ours.

One of the worst real estate company's I've ever dealt with, if you ever have to deal with someone named Maria I'd be carefull, she threatens to invade your privacy by using spare set of keys from the office to go inside your house when your at work if you don't do as they say,

I booked the Rental property for seen today. Me and my wife both Take off from our job.
Suddenly 1 hours a go I just received a text from them, appointment is canceled. I call S&L Gladstone park ask why suddenly received a text like this. Receptionist advised Property is already leased.
This is the way service they have.

We both take off from job. Losing 1 day pay from both because of S&L Gladstone park.

Relocating from NSW to VIC is a huge move in itself but having the team of Stockdale & Leggo Gladstone Park made finding the perfect house easy.
