Property Manager Bullying, I am leaving this review specifically about Samantha bell who has been the main rental property manager for a property that I haved lived at for over eight years, over the past few months Samantha has made several applications to VCAT in an attempt to evict myself and a neighbour using an abuse of process each time.

Paul was a breath of fresh air. He’s extremely helpful and no issue was a problem. He certainly provided me with assistance to ensure the property was left in a condition that I was happy with. He even visited the property and provided me with an update all off his own back outside the official final inspection. Paul is a super friendly and extremely helpful guy. It was an absolute pleasure working with the Ferntree Gully Team. A positive experience all round. Thanks again Paul and Team!

Kim Burnett doesn't manage my property but she manages the unit behind me. In the last 6 months since we moved in our own property, we have been having some maintenance issues going on which involves both of us. During our dealing with Kim, she was not responsive to email correspondence, hard to reach, and the worst manner I've ever encountered. Kim was aggressive, condescending, rude and calling me names in her emails. I would never recommend this agent.

The team of Stockdale &Leggo had made it possible to get our home in the market and had responded meticulously at all times in dealing with every aspect of the entire process to sell our home. I had the feeling he had another plan and didn't really want the sale or had some one to invest at a lower price gave us a low quote. Not happy when showed up in a Benz and didn't really want to be there sorry going with someone else.

Amazing experience selling our property!
It was an amazing experience selling our property with Robert. Rob has in-depth knowledge of the local market, and has been proactive in delivering an outstanding level of customer service. Rob kept us updated and brought the right buyers to the auction on the day. It was a very tough auction to conduct in this lock down condition. The whole campaign was affected by lockdown no lock down and lockdown again. Rob was able to keep the customers interest in the property intact. The auction itself was a marathon, took approx 40 mins to complete with lots of bids and Rob was our auctioneer too and he kept going on with same energy and kept all the bidders engaged. He did amazingly well to pull out great outcome in the end.

What an outcome!

Simply the best
I interviewed 3 different agents and straight away felt comfortable with Robert. He is genuine and actually listened and cared about what we wanted. He went above and beyond in one of the most challenging markets ever. Selling our townhouses for more than what we wanted. Safe to say we have found our agent for all future projects. Our home went on the market before stage 4 lockdown with COVID-19, Tom and his team explained how they would market the property for it best sale. Then stage 4 came in and we were a bit worried that it couldn’t go on the market. Tom reassured us that every care would be taken with people entering our home. They wore masks and sanitiser wipes were available, they only allowed one person in our home at a time to give them one on one attention so they could have a good look and Tom was able to open and close doors and cupboards for prospective purchasers to see the house properly. Tom gave us feedback after every viewing, we felt extremely confident Tom and his team were doing there utmost for us and the sale. Tom’s knowledge of the local market was spot on also. We were very happy with the speed in which it sold and also extremely happy with Tom, nothing was to difficult he always returned calls promptly. His after sales service was very good, Tom even offered to assist us purchasing our next home, which was out of the area (Country) and offered any advice all we had to do was ask. That was very reassuring and above our expectations of an agent.
