I have tenanted a property with O'Brien real estate Blackburn for nearly two years, and I hope to stay in this current property for long to come. My property manager is Ashleigh and she is kind, understanding, honest and prompt. I am very appreciative that she responds to my emails as swiftly as she can. I trust her to look after me and my family as tenants and I know that she is also looking out for the needs of my landlord. Her balanced approach to caring for tenants whilst ensuring the landlords interests are maintained is not something I take for granted. For example, when my children were in hospital in 2023, she emailed to check that they were ok, a gesture that did not go unnoticed during what was a stressful experience.

Friendly, approachable and professional. Michael, truly was lovely to deal with. He was relaxed and friendly yet provided us with the information we needed and followed up appropriately. Our experience was supportive and unpressured. Timothy was also friendly, efficient and his follow up communication was great.

Friendly Service with Good Results. We had a property rented through O'Brien, so when we decided to sell we were referred to Anthony Molinaro and his team. They provided insightful information into the market in our area, and once we decided to go ahead, they stepped us through the process. We were kept informed throughout the whole process, and in the end we sold for a great price. Overall they were friendly, explained everything clearly, and worked with us closely as we were out of state to execute the sale. Great job.

As renter it's been the worst real state to deal with, we gave the keys back a month ago, and they still haven't processed our bond back. We have reached out multiple times and for some reason still nothing has happened. Different agents have managed our case and no one has been able to really help. We have many e-mails back and forward, calls that haven't been picked up. The whole process has been like a nightmare. Very unprofessional at this stage.
