I purchased some yarn here whilst visiting the area, I was given a photocopy of a pattern and purchased some linen yarn paying $32 and was told one ball would be sufficient, it’s not and the yarn is only $10 where I live. Also rude assistant

Amazing selection of yarn and examples knitted/crocheted in the specific yarns. Accessories, tools, buttons, patchwork and books. This store is full of ideas.
The crew are amazingly gifted and can help with ideas and techniques.
Thoroughly recommend.

Beautiful shop for anybody who uses their talents in creating. Had a wonderful 1st hand lesson on how embroidery is stitched on caps. Very interesting.

A wonderful craft shop, I always call in to have a browse and maybe buy some more yarn for my stash.lol Karen does an amazing job of keeping her shop full of awesome stuff, you can feel her passion for what she does.

Got Navy base ball caps embroidered, cheaper than online, better quality, staff very polite and noligable.

Monty the dog is the best mascot you could ask for. Also, the lady running the shop was lovely and knowledgeable. The prices are definitely higher than online, but she has to run a business.

Love popping into this shop when I am in Lakes Entrance. As a voracious knitter I never need any more yarn or patterns but always manage to come out with something.

By far one of the rudest customer (lack of) service experiences of my life. Making assumptions about my needs, then expecting me to cover postage to send back the incorrect item posted based on said assumption. Was rude and aggressive from the moment I reached out, I hope for future purchaser's sake she doesn't muck up your order. Mind you, the one positive thing I can say, is she is true to her name, she is an absolute Karen

Great selection of yarns and haberdashery. Purchased a scarf knitting kit which was very reasonably priced. I wanted different colours than were in the kit originally which was no problem. The (owner?) Lady was kind and obviously knows her stuff. She explained the pattern briefly and gave advice about how to use it in different projects. Great place, absolutely recommend!

The lovely lady who owns and runs the store is always helpful with finding the right wool and the right pattern!
