Extremely helpful, friendly staff. Very happy with the service of my ride-on mower and am glad to have found a good reliable mower service shop

Took my Stihl battery operated hedge trimmer to sharpen blades or change. They said it can be sharpened. It was done and works better.
Previously was a Dand Stihl customer but last two jobs were not done properly so will not go back there.

Gave me an assessment on my 8 year old wippersnipper and blower. Weren't worth repairing, too far gone, but no charge. Good old customer service. Will definitely be going back for anything I need in future.

Darren was very helpful. Very thorough service (evidence in the report). Quick turnaround despite being their busiest time of the year. Also, prior to picking up the machine, over the phone we discussed some items that in the end weren't needed and I appreciate the honesty from this team. 5 stars only because 10 is not possible!

Great service at this shop. They had looked after my dad's mower for years and when the mowing deck broke recently they repaired it quickly, cheaply and to my requirements.

They serviced my ride-on mower, & not only was it done quickly and for a good price, they picked up on a couple of items that'd been done recently and didn't perform any unnecessary work! Highly trustworthy.

After that good experience I bought a new Stihl chainsaw, and the sales experience was awesome as well. As a chainsaw newbie I received plenty of helpful advice, got to try out a few demonstrators, and they were also able to give me tips as to what safety gear to buy and how to use my new saw safely effectively. Several hours of cutting fallen branches later and I still have all my arms and legs:)

I’ve been recommended this store by a few people & they weren’t wrong. As soon as you walk into this store you are greeted by a friendly team member. From there the options, service & advice are impeccable. If you need anything from a pressure washer to mower to professional saws & axes all the way down to gloves & earmuffs. They have everything. I was blown away by the honest genuine service I received which is few a far between these days. Thank you Stihl Shop Hallam.

Great place to visit if you need some advice or shopping around for some new gardening hardware very knowledgeable and experienced people.

Very nice staff. I took my lawn mower in for its check up and new blades and handle. Great as I am getting it done in the one place. The staff know their job, and are very nice to both females and male.

Went in to buy a Whipper Snipper and couldn't have asked for better service. Very knowledgeable salesman. When we are looking for other products won't hesitate to go back to Sthil shop in Hallam.
