I went in this morning looking for a chainsaw. A young guy came over. I was so suprised at his knowledge and his service and patience was outstanding. It's rare to receive that level of customer service these days. With that. I spent a thousand bucks

Great store! Great service. Have bought 2 items from here over a 12 month period and never a bad word to say. Staff are friendly, professional and patient as i needed them to show me how to use the items and they were so happy to oblige.

Bought a Stihl chainsaw from here a year or so ago because they had a cracking deal, drove down from Melbourne to buy it! This week returned and got an amazing deal on an Ironbark 30 ton log splitter with lift. Richard and staff are brilliant to deal with and the splitter is a beast, worked all day today splitting wood for winter, couldn't be happier, thanks again!

Excellent service and plenty of stock, which is hard on this days. I bought blower, polesaw and chainsaws and never had an issue.

Curtious helpfull. Unfortunately they didn't have what I needed at the time. After returning to the store and buying a Atom edger. Unfortunately I had a problem with my edger the first day I used it. I've experienced the worst aftercare and rudeness in after service care from the store owner. (Richard Edwards) in my life.
I had to pay someone else to fix my issue.
Verry helpful with a smile while in sale mode. A snake after sale mode.

Grouse place in there from parts and accessories and service from your mowers and machinery to year round from regular service to oils and battery replacement when you need em and of course spark plugs and belts and concrete cutting saws chainsaws yep and if your.s is not looking like itself bring it ib for a service and get em back up and running too and tackle those jobs etc.

Very very helpful staff who are extremely knowledgeable, they helped me choose the right product for my Fiances Christmas present, will be coming back and buying so much more

Staff is nice and efficient. Sorry to say some of the equipment manuals leave more to be desired. But having access to these professionals is nice.

Excellent customer service, chainsaw chain repaired and a text message to notify me when it was ready to pick up

I have a 15 year old Honda brush cutter. The fuel primer developed a pin hole so I decided to drop it off and get a full service and have a new cutting head fitted at the same time.

Just under 4 weeks later I received a text to say it's ready to be picked up. $202 later. A new one cost around$500.

Last Saturday morning I went to cut my grass. My brush cutter by took me over 10 minutes to start then died after about 5 minutes and wouldn't start again. I took it back to Stihl at South Geelong and asked for it to be repaired while I waited. I was told there was a problem with it but the boss was the only one who could fix it and he won't be in till Monday. Not happy.

They text me Tuesday to say it's ready to be picked up again. They then charge me a further $33. The owner refused to come and talk to me. It has oil and grease all over it where nobody has bothered to clean it. Very very poor service, stay away from Stihl South Geelong.

Got a new chainsaw for a family member for Christmas, staff were very helpful with assisting me pick the right saw as I don't have experience with outdoor power tools. They even doubled the warranty too 4 years, all I had to do was buy a bottle of stihl 2 stroke oil.

I put my ride on in the week of Christmas to get fixed 25 years old and they told me I could have it back be for Christmas but no phone call to say it wont be back and the price was not what I was told and to be told by the manager that they spent 8 hours on it when on the invoice says 4 hours labour and he was so rude it was going ok be for it went in but now I have no drive but in reverse gose ok what ever u do DO NOT TAKE IT TO THIS PLACE YOU WILL HAVE PROBLEMS when I called them up and told them i was called a liar on the phone this place needs to be close down

Brought a stihl battery powered mower from here. It's a fantastic product and the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them.
