Stihl Shop Dandenong

Great range of parts, a little pricey though.

Just tried them again as the local shop is shutting down, and they're not to interested in fixing my old Victa (for a reasonable price) and if you say you don't have my record's - I never got to give them as I was advised it would cost 2/3's of a new mower price, to reco the old girl.

Excellent service and quality help from people who aren't trying to rip every customer off. Highly recommended

Daniel and his staff are always ready to help customers and go the extra mile to help.
Been coming to this Stihl shop for many years and have purchased all my garden equipment and power tools here for the reason above.

Don’t go past this store if you are after service or Stihl products.

Purchased top of line pole saw with additional 2x all in 1 sharpeners. Spent $1600. Wanted to swap the un-opened sharpener for a 3/8 with original receipt. Told me to get lost. Thanks mate.

Always helpful, knowledgeable staff, has everything in stock for initial purchase. Spare parts usually come in within a week.

Good people running the shop. My chainsaw was jammed and i was there to buy a new one. The person in the shop inspected my chain saw, made it work and asked me to replace just the chain. Its still working like a mad horse.

I'd give them a - 5 star score, but my computer won't let me (-5, that's a minus five). We have only been there once, and we will never go back there again.

I took my lawn mower for a warranty issue and was originally told their turn around time would be about two weeks. Looked like they had lots of jobs queued up in the workshop. Was pleasantly surprised when I received a text message within a week saying my machine was ready to be picked up. Efficient, no fuss service. The shop looks like it has a good selection of garden machinery and is clean and well laid out. Parking is easy and location is convenient in Dandenong.
