Have been going stilh Cranbourne for 2 or 3 years now, I'm a contractor and have never had a problem, Gordan has always been a pleasure too deal with, and has even given me a whipper snipper too loan, when both of mine have been in too get fixed, thats why I rate them 5stars.

Lesson re-learned! What you dont get on Ebay and youtube is the years of experience the owner has in the equipment your trying to save a few bucks on.
Had a very detailed lesson on a chainsaw (that I bought elsewhere), in to get looked at. I was told in great detail what it needed, why it needed it and then what else i should do to make sure i didnt stuff it up in the future. Many thanks! Will go out of my way to shop there in future

Purchased a new saw from Gordon at Cranbourne. It is faulty and the store have refused to respond to me stating there is nothing wrong with it. I have taken the saw to another stihl dealer who diagnosed one of the two issues and partially remedied it so I at least have a functioning saw until this is resolved. I have multiple stihl products and have never had any problem until now and the service has been horrific. Buyer beware, buy a Stihl but do not buy it from Stihl CRANBOURNE

Nice small, gave me the rite advice on the rite chain saw for what I was going to be doing.
Didn’t try to sell me something that I didn’t need.
Also very handle to have them open on a weekend, even if it’s for half a day because the weekend is when most people get the yard work done

Went into Foords mower mart a couple of weeks ago for a couple of spare parts that no one else seemed to have. They were able to order me one in a week. I was greeted by friendly staff helping me out with other issues I had. I would honestly go back again with any problems on my equipment. I would recommend Foords mower mart to all my friends and family.
