STIHL Highpoint Mowers & Chainsaws

Walked in, bought a lawnmower and walked out in under ten minutes. Can't beat that, the optimal shopping experience. Lawnmower is cracker as well, just finished cutting some wet overgrown buffalo and it was light work for the masport.

Not exactly sure of the specifics of this transaction as I did not have the benefit of being present, but I know that the customer service and product knowledge that ROB extended to my mother today was top notch.

Compared to some other Stihl shops I've been to this is a cut above. Overall service is excellent.

Amazing gentleman who assisted me with my mower. Despite them being fully booked out, he took time to have a look at my mower, showed me how to drain the oil and even helped me wash the sponge, and wipe down my oily mower. I offered to pay but he said no and see me off with a smile and kept reminding me not to wipe while the mower is running. He assured me that the mower would be alright if I followed the instructions to clear the excess oil.
I came back, did exactly what he told me to do and my mower is working. I almost wanted to throw it out. It's a shame I didn't get hi name. I believe he is the owner. AMAZING KIND BOSS! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

Went in to purchase a blower. I did not have any expectations but was compelled to write a review following my positive experience.

The owner was super helpful and genuine. He made sure he spent time to fuel up and run me through the unit. He didn’t like the factory idle setting and made some adjustments to ensure a smoother running. Advice on my Honda (non Stihl equipment) gardening equipment was also provided.

I had always bought my gear from Bunnings but they are complete amateurs in comparison.

Great customer service and knowledge. Needed a bolt for my brushcutter they had one didn't charge me for it, bought an attachment, spark plug and air filter and gave me a little discount without even asking. Thanks again.

They have a great range of quality products and their after sales service is excellent.

Great store they seem to always have what u want.

I have been going to these guys since they opened. I have purchased a mower, a mulcher, chainsaw and had several services done on various items. Service has always been excellent.

I got great advice when I was choosing a mower. The Masport self propelled mower has been fantastic. I remembered they offer the first oil change for free ($10 for oil). They were busy and squeezed it in (& did it quickly). Refreshing to buy from knowledgeable people who offer great service.

Had a jammed whipper snipper head I couldn't open to replace the cutting plastic cord and was prepared to have to buy another one. But the helpful staff at the shop managed to twist the cord assembly off (yes the cord had jumped the guide and jammed). I grabbed a spare spring while I was there. Thanks for the hand guys (fingers of steel). No charge.

This mob are too lazy or up themselves to answer the phone. Based on the reviews here, I took a chance and drove my lawnmower to their shop, only to be told that there would be a FOUR TO SIX WEEK WAIT. They could have told me that over the phone - but wait. THEY DON'T ANSWER PHONES. In addition, although the shop was plastered with signs saying masks must be worn, both numpties manning the tills were sporting the dashing 'chin nappy' look. Give this business a miss. They don't really want your business.

Nervously went in to buy a mower today. As a femme presenting person I was mentally bracing myself to be talked down to/ignored, and was pleasantly surprised at the helpfulness and professionalism of the crew here.
Young man with the beard (didn’t catch his name) was patient, kind, and very informative walking us through the different options for our needs and demonstrated how to use said product after we made our decision.
