The owner Dave is a very knowledgeable man. He definitely knows what he is talking about. He’s a very good communicator… he showed me how to start my Stihl Whipper Snipper… with step by step instructions… So if you need tools and how to use them, Dave is the man!
The owner Dave is an interesting character. Very experienced and knowledgeable. Doesn’t suffer fools lightly. Spent half an hour educating me about chainsaw chains before doing a small repair very cheaply.
Went in to get a new front baffle for my 5 year old Victa lawn mower. Was told it was easier to trade the mower in so the could use it for parts and buy a new one. I said I didn’t want to do this and wanted the part. Was told it was really hard to find and not worth their time. I provided model number and serial number and was told they’d “be in contact. ” Waited five days, didn’t hear anything. Contacted a different store and spent five minutes on the phone and the part was ordered and posted for $60.
From someone that has lived in the area for 30 years I will not be returning to this store again.

Really friendly staff. The shop could do with a tidy up but otherwise great expertise and experience.
Rang ahead, the team were helpful over the phone but not 100% sure if they could help me, suggested I come in. Needed to negotiate some covid protocols but they were easy. 15 minute wait, whipper snipper working again. Couldnt have been easier, thoroughly recommend these guys.
Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience with them. I asked about the estimated cost to repair my mower. Then they said they cannot estimate and need to see the mower. I brought the mower to the shop and asked for an estimation. Then they said they need me to pay $33 booking fee to give me a quote! All I needed was an indication to know if the mower worths repairing or not! The lady working there insisted I have to pay the booking fee first.
Also I am not happy with the way the lady treated me as a customer. She was impatient and didn't want to help much!
Extremely friendly and kind people. Very knowledgeable and take their time to explain your recently purchased equipment to you, couldn’t of been a greater help. Definitely recommend!
You will not find better
If you want your gear fixed right the first time with out any run around then head here first. Dave has done a top job with every bit of kit that I have got him to fix. If you want things done right and at a good price you can't go past these guys.
The store owner David goes above and beyond, took the time to help me get exact part for my ride on. Deserves to be in business and will be as I would have ordered the wrong part myself online guaranteed
The guy here does good work but you had best not be in a hurry. I dropped a chainsaw in and despite a heap of promises it took months to have the repair with multiple phone calls and visits (with the promise of return calls that do not come) to finally get this sorted.
A nice guy but hopeless communication.
