Sticks and Stones Therapeutic Services reviews
4Hi I'm Leisa from Colours of Life Counselling. I would like to say as both a colleague and dear friend I must say what a Lovely lady Kristina is. She genuinely cares deeply about people. Being a Therapist is a full-time occupation.so both in and outside of session we hold our precious clients and their concerns with us. Kristinas work speaks for itself over the years and I know she has indeed changed many people's lives for the better. I say keep up the good work my friend you are truly amazing!
Thankyou Kristina at Sticks and Stones counselling for helping me through a difficult time. You were able to see below the surface of the situation and help me see a new perspective. Sometimes it was not what I wanted to hear, but your empathy and understanding was truly amazing. Personal growth is tough even on a good day. Your professionalism, knowledge of different strategies, compassion and being non-judgemental stand out to me.
Please do not go to this lady, I think giving one star is being generous.
She is very one sided and caused a lot of conflict for us in court. Would not even listen to my teenage daughter and treated her like her opinion wasn't relevant until she was older. Please don't risk going to this lady, even if you're desperate. Please I beg you. Very rude lady and will even lie to the court. I am not kidding.
Really traumatic experience. I was excited to begin healing some family issues and reciving support for the whole family, however, when showing openness and vulnerability, I was shut down and told to "hold on to the emotion" rather than letting it out through meaningful discussions and tears with the counsellor with whom we were being asked to be open with. Evidently, Kristina misinterpreted a lot of communication and was worryingly (and obviously) biased. Our Child's feelings were completely invalidated by Kristina in many ways which caused heightened anxiety levels which Kristina then blamed on my partner and myself dispite our daughter showing strength by being open with both us and Kristina about her feelings. Our experience with Sticks and Stones has caused a lot of hurt to our entire family. Her name and even driving past the building now trigger anxiety for me. Honestly in my heart, I'm concerned about Kristina having such a powerful role in the lives of vulnerable people.
