This place is terrific! Beautiful food decoration, Very tasty food, excellent service from the owner and staff. We were impressed by everything, definitely worth it!

Whenever I visit Melbourne from Canada, my SIL takes us to a different cafe everyday to find the best iced coffee. Sticks and Stones cafe has always been and still is the best by far! This is the only one that we insist on coming back to every year. Ramona from Canada

We stumbled upon this cafe looking for a casual brunch, and we were blown away by their amazing service and fantastic food. Their coffee is excellent, and the food was cooked to perfection. It was one of the best meals we’ve enjoyed in a long time.

Visited Sticks and Stones yesterday and couldn't fault it. Great feel, really good food at reasonable prices. Staff were great too. When back in the area will go back. Highly recommend

We found this cafe tucked down a lane way - what a hidden gem! Friendly service and seriously good coffee.

The coffee was so lovely this afternoon. Caesar salad and chips were so yum. Chips were piping hot, so enjoyable.

Also ordered was pesto eggs with smashed avocado and pistachios (pic attached).

Great service as well.

Not a bad place. Nice food presented well. Tasted good and well executed. Coffee was average. What I mean by this as it was good but have had better. I am fussy. I would definitely go back here if in the are again.

Food was beautifully presented and the taste was as good as it looked! So flavoursome yet light, clean and fresh. Coffee was amazing to round out our delicious brunch

The chicken used in the Parma was not fresh. It was a frozen chicken and it dry, bland and chewy. Such a disappointing meal. Service was great, staff was friendly but I genuinely didn’t not have a pleasant meal.

I still managed to eat it, but it may as well have been a Coles bought oven made Parma. Tragic.

A bit hard to find (it’s behind the Oakley store), but this tucked away little gem is a pleasure to find. A big shout out to the young lady who served us, she was very polite and accommodating. Prices are what you would expect, would definitely go again.

One of the best cafes in town. The food was absolutely delicious and the coffee to die for! Special mention to Bell who served us with one of the best hospitality ever. Will definitely be back if at Torquay

Best coffee in town! Ali, Sarah and family are a delight and always super friendly and welcoming. Toasted chicken cheese bacon aoli turkish is to die for. Do yourself a favour and visit this wonderful cafe tucked in the alley just past rip curl.

I would say 3 1/2 stars. The Italian omelette was more like scrambled eggs but was excellent, with a hint of heat. My companion's eggs were luke warm. Coffee was fine.

Great place near all the surf shops to stop and have some food. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Only 4 stars as my eggs were not really cooked and quite runny. Other than that it's a great cafe!

Four of us came to Sticks and Stones Café in Torquay for lunch. We ordered a range of food including the chicken parmigiana, chocolate waffles, vegan avocado on toast, and burger with chips. Collectively, we all the thought the food was okay but nothing special. The staff were friendly and provided good customer service. Thank you!

Ordered an XL skinny cappuccino and while watching the barista pull the shot I was expecting a proper double shot. Nope! Just ran the shot clock longer and all I was left with was a totally watered down tasteless coffee. Don't waste your money on coffee here.
