Steer away from Steve doesn't know how to hook up to Android phones and I suggested to him to call someone as he was wasting my time Incompetent and it's his business. Uses cheap & nasty brands of alarms and dash cams never heard of anywhere. Doesn't ring to advise he's coming. Not a communicator. Takes two days to install. Wastes your time and money. Treats all customers as money in his bank. Not interested in preventing theft or previous thefts just money. Go elsewhere. Wouldn't even strike off a few dollars for the 2 day inconvenience, which would have showed he cared about reference business. Doesn't care about customers or his reputation at all. Big mistake so fast by make the same.

Stay away this guy is a crook! Charged me 165 to disconnect an alarm for a 10 minute job. All he disconnected was the alarm module I could've done that myself! I called him twice to come back out when my car wouldn't start and he refused. I got a PROPER auto elec out and he disconnected it properly.
