Zero communication, zero assistance, zero interest. Called on two occasions to follow up for a quote and measure that I had emailed for 1 week prior, couldn't have cared less. Wouldn't waste my time with them. Deplorable service.

Ordered some glass a week before Xmas expecting to not see it until the new year. I got a call the next day to say it was ready. Thanks guys

I am a little concerned. Contacted Stevens Glass over a fortnight ago to get a quote on a shower renovation. I was supposed to be called back but to date this has not occurred. I have contacted them 3 times and still no response back. Courtesy is a simple thing and I feel that this is severely lacking here. Would I recommend them.after the last job they did in our kitchen I would say yes but now I am not so sure. A phone call is not that difficult to make.

Very happy with the service at Stevens Glass. We just replaced our shower screen and Stevens Glass responded to my quote request in a timely manner with a very reasonable quote. Everyone we dealt with was great and we are very happy with the quality

Needed two pieces of 6.38 clear lam on short notice due to an issue with my current supplier. Office staff were polite and helpful but they were too busy to cut two pieces.

Great Customer Service, they made the whole process easy and simple. Lovely lady in the office and great store men in the factory, they allowed me to drop it off after hours and were more than happy to personally load it into my vehicle upon collection - i didn't need to do a thing. Would highly recommend!

Poor customer service, they take your order before checking their stock.and at the collection they forgot to give you all your mirrors back.never shop there again.

Not happy with their service. We paid for delivery and the driver literally tied the large mirror to our fence and left- no call or knock on the door, even though they knew someone would be home all day! Mirrors are fragile, what a silly move!

When calling up to see what happened they said the driver was working by him self and cant go up stairs on his own- ok fair enough but could he have at least knocked on the door or called me so we can work out an alternative. We paid for delivery to get the goods to our house but also in to our house as we didn't want to break it! It was also a windy day and the mirror didn't have anything to protect its facing so some damaged was caused due to the strong winds and the rubbing of this to our wooden fence, where they tied it to the areas of the cracked fence. When asking for help and reimbursement of the delivery fee or at least a portion of it, they refused. They were apologetic but refused and said we were liable moving forward.

Would you pay for delivery at Good Guys for your new fridge to be dumped out front of your house? I think not, so why should a mirror be the any different? Im not happy by their service. And now we ended up with a mirror with scratches. Thanks Steven's glass- top job! NOT!

I’m sorry to say that the business has the worst staff member I’ve ever come across in service. He spoke to my family like we were ignorant and was full of nothing but arrogance. Can not recall his name but he has tattoos on arms. He said he lived in Clyde maybe mid 20’s early 30’s and he was the rudest RACIST human being I’ve ever encountered. I was born in this country and have never been made to feel like I don’t belong in this country. Either this company rethinks keeping this racist Australian on their books or my entire community will be made aware to never use this company for any service
