Steve was able to come out to our local business within 10 minutes and had our issues fixed within a few hours. Great bloke and did a great job. Will definitely call again when we need a local plumber.

Edit: Steve & his team have now also installed a brand new evaporative cooling system for us after our last tradesman failed to return or communicate with us. Steve showed up on time, quoted that night & new unit delivered the very next morning & installed a few days later! Excellent service!

Very upset with whole drama that Steve created while doing plumbing work for me, he gave me estimate of 5.5 hours of labour and when job was done in 2 hours he kept asking for full hours, not only did he screamed he also disconnected the pipes from mains leaving me without water until i got cops to intervene. For the tap change he charged me money but only changed the spindle and said i won't change the complete tap - so why he would quote and ask you to pay if he hasn't changed as promised.
Also he kept me stranded until i paid full invoice without him being unapologetic he left the ground messy.his apprentice continued ripping all pipes without having a human value, he said that he will listen to his boss no matter the owner of the house is asking him to stop.very inhumanly behavior, having worked with him twice before and paying his invoices always complete and in time, Steve attitude was very upsetting, broken relationship, broken trust. I always believed reward of good work is more work and that's why i called steve for 2 different jobs before but who on earth would think that plumber like steve could be so harassing and can make you feel worse and can remove the pipe leaving you without water. Very bad experience and this is going to be sad end of plumbing experience with Steve.

Read the recommendations from a friend of mine late one night and thought I might book Steve via messenger. He promptly replied and we set up an appointment. He was on time and professional, had an apprentice with him, excellent service, explained what was happening, very thorough, trustworthy and reasonably priced.
