Steve was recommended to us after we had an issue with a Laptop screen popping out from it's casing, an issue that needed to be fixed quickly. Steve took us through the costing, risks associated with fixing a touch screen, time frame and how this issue would be fixed. It was fixed professionally and within the timeframe stated.
During this time, Steve also gave us a replacement laptop for my son to use in lockdown and while in the throws of purchasing a new one.
Steve was extremely professional, very reasonably priced and was very helpful. Thank you Steve.
