Booked a Telehealth appointment for during my lunch break as I am not able to go to the clinic face to face due to my work hours, which was explained at the time I made the appointment, then I receive a call from admin staff the day before my appointment asking me that the GP wants me to now attend my appointment face to face and will not do a Telehealth appointment with me. Clearly the clinic doesn’t listen, I requested a Telehealth as I CANNOT attend face to face due to my work hours and it is not possible for me to leave work to attend a face to face appointment. Really not happy that my request for Telehealth was refused by the GP, and now I have to go elsewhere for a Telehealth appointment regarding a healthcare matter that doesn’t require a face to face examination!

All doctors I’ve seen here have been caring and managed my health concerns extremely well. Nurse Jess is a gem and reception staff are lovely. Highly recommend.

Dr Chamacham worst doctor ever! He was my mother’s doctor I went to him for help for my mothers mental illness he gave zero help and said she was “fine” now she is dead thanks for nothing! If you need mental help do not go to this place!

What happened!? This used to be a good practice but now there's constant mistakes and stuff ups because of the "new system". Doctors not showing up to appointments and constantly changing doctors.

Make a appointment a month in advance
Turn up to the place closed
Claim to have called to and left a message (didn't do it, no messages on any of our phones)
Left a message to call the supervisor of the clinic and won't return phone calls. Person second in charge didn't help either.

Given the time in advance we made the appointment they could have even sent a letter. But that would be too hard.

Awesome clinic. Friendly staff, knowledgeable, caring drs who take their time with you. Will definetly be back.
