My doctor recommended Stepwell podiatry. I had developed planter fasciitis and wanted to find the best treatment. Whilst there Thien checked my feet and recommended orthotics, he also noticed that my hips were not aligned. I have been working as a carpenter for 30 years and had ruptured 2 discs in my lower back. This requires continuous maintenance and occasional back pain. When I saw Thien my back and right leg had been sore for about 2 weeks. He said I can fix that - I thought oh yeah if I had a dollar for everytime I heard that. But within in a day of wearing my new orthotics my back pain was gone. Highly recommended and an unexpected bonus

Thien and his team are great! I've had issues with ankle and hip pain for a while and was referred by a friend to come here. Ask for Thien. He’s extremely professional, makes you feel relaxed in every way possible. He has a lot of experience and fixed my 3 year long toe nail injury issue without any need of a surgery that too in about 2 months (My previous doctors failed even after operating twice before coming to Thien). I used to walk with immense pain, bled in shoes and what not. Its been a year since he treated me and I can walk, run and jump without any pain. I haven’t had slightest bit of an issue with my foot, all thanks to him god bless. Reception has been great in assistance, changes with the appointments and the reminders.

Thien is the absolute best! I had an ingrown toenail a few years ago that was treated in Sweden. Turns out the problem wasn’t fixed properly and was now back even worse. Thien fixed it super easy and gave me advice on how to avoid problems in the future. It’s now the day after and it’s basically a brand new toe! Thank you so much!

After a 6 week laser treatment from the beautiful Kim at Stepwell Podiatry, my toes are looking the healthiest they have ever looked! I've had returning toenail fungal infections over the past 2 years after a pedicure at a shopping centre. I tried using the brush on chemical solution which took 6-12 months to heal but this laser treatment was amazing! After 6 weeks my toes are completely healed! I Would highly recommend this service and will definitely stop going to shopping centres for a pedicure!

My 73 year old father travels 6 hours interstate to see Thien, he’s that good. Dad has always had very bad feet but after a few bad experiences with podiatrists decided not to go for many years until he was basically hobbling in terrible pain. After a recommendation I convinced him to see Thien and he hasn’t looked back. His feet are better ever and he looks forward to his appointments because Thien is so lovely. We are eternally grateful for how much Thien has helped Dad. Can’t recommend Thien and Stepwell podiatry highly enough!

Thien has been really amazing from the moment I set my bunion-ridden foot inside this lovely clinic. Fitted me for new orthotics and toe separators over three separate sessions, spread over a few months. His follow-up to check whether what he has prescribed is working properly has been very impressive. Thien explains really clearly what he is doing and why, which I find reassuring and informative. He has so much faith in his own ability that it makes me confident that he knows what he doing! This guy is passionate about fixing people’s feet and I have been really happy with finding this clinic. Karen at the front desk has also been really patient, accommodating and professional about me having to change a few appointments.
