I went for one session of neuro physio as I can barely walk due to a brain tumour. I was relegated to Telehealth which lasted all of 5 minutes before the connection cut out, and Steps is still harassing me to pay for a full session. I am on a disability pension and scrape to afford my various specialists as it is, and now I’ll probably never improve my walking because the only accessible neuro physio has treated me like a money sponge. Thanks for the chronic pain, Steps. I’ll never walk on the beach or dance again. You’d think $300/hr would be enough to help someone with a bung leg.

Unfortunately this mob are money motivated. And don’t have the best interests of the patient/client. Joanna nabaldi is a good example!

Easy to find, good parking available. Very friendly staff. Lots of services available such as Physio, OT, Myotherapy and more. Penny and Anna are the best.
