I recently had the setting of an opal ring modified and a new ring made.
The level of care and attention to detail was brilliant.
New ring.
Stephen checked all the details with me measured asked questions and sourced the cabochon stones.
Frank then showed me the stones and checked all the details and made sure I was happy with the design.
Marie kept me informed of every step in the process by phone and let me know when I needed to go in to check something (like the stones)

Frank let me know that I could not quite do what I wanted as opals can crack easily. He could do a slight change that would work.
At all times I was kept informed, Marie was excellent at this and at every step Frank checked that it was right. Stephen checked that I was satisfied when I picked it up.

The guys and gal's at the Fryers Street store are fantastic I needed 3 lockets of the same design, they managed to get them for me from their other branches, there was a problem with a couple of them after the photos were put in to them from a photo shop, they went above and beyond to locate 2 more for me, and the engraving they did for me was perfect.
I highly recommend them on my experience.

I found a pair of gold earrings which was a little different so I bought them.

Thank you Stephen for you help with a gift for my wife. Rang to find out if click and collect was available. Stephen told me yes it was but said he would have it delivered directly to me. Same day and Gift wrapped. Thank you so much Stephen your service is fantastic.

Staff couldn’t be bothered serving. The shop was empty, just myself and my daughter browsing, 2 staff members stood at the back of the store talking amongst themselves. When we asked for help with some Pandora jewellery, having questions about what it’s made of etc.the girl working didn’t know and told us Pandora is available online if we wanted to google it. You work in a jewellery store! Surely you should know what a big brand product is made of! Perhaps I will buy online next time
