Went to Steph's beautiful home in Hawthorn for a class with my partner today and it was absolutely perfect. Everything we made was simple enough for us to whip up at home, not to mention it tasted bloody incredible! Steph is also a legend and a wealth of knowledge. Money well spent

We did the plant based Japanese cooking class with Steph and it was spectacular. Steph was professional and so kind. The food was delicious! Cannot wait to recreate these recipes at home, will definitely be booking again to try other cuisines. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Steph runs a beautiful inclusive cooking school in her home and does a great job of demystifying the art of vegan cooking. Yummy food, easy to follow recipes, great laughs. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved our experience at the Indian Thali cooking class. Hosted in a perfect setting of Steph's home kitchen allowed for great interaction and intimacy in a lovely environment. We learned to make a number of delicious curries and side dishes that we have since loved used in our home cooking repertoire. We particularly enjoyed Steph's ability to simplify the complex world of spices! Great host and great fun - we will be definitely be back!

Steph catered our work christmas lunch, catering to an assortment of dietary requirements with an array of amazing salads and a dreamy grazing platter. Definitely recommend!

What an extraordinary experience! I have been so blessed to have had 1: 1 private cooking classes with Steph who has introduced me to the vegan world. As a newly plant based member, Steph has supported me to make the transition effortlessly through exposure to exquisite recipes. Not only have l learnt some quick amazing meals to cook, Steph has exposed me to learning combinations and work with ingredients l never new about. If you have recently transitioned to being vegan or looking to broaden knowledge and skill set in the kitchen with delicious and nourishing plant based recipes and a fun way of learning, then Steph is your woman. She creates magic in the kitchen!

I recently did a vegan cooking course with Steph and it was wonderful. Steph graciously navigated having four chatty friends as students and managed to impart so many tips and tricks to us even though we didn’t stop to draw breath! She is such a natural and talented chef and teacher and it was lovely to sit down and share a meal together at the end. The food itself was incredible yet very achievable to recreate at home. Thanks Steph. I can’t wait for the next one!

I attended Steph’s Asian Flavours cooking class after it was purchased for me as a gift from my daughter. Steph was lovely and friendly and the class was so casual and relaxed and very informative. Absolutely loved it. The flavour combinations were fantastic and everything was very easy. I would recommend Steph’s classes to anyone! I have actually enrolled to do the Mexican Fiesta class later in the month and cannot wait!

I attended the Mexican cooking class and was blown away. 10/10 for creativity, friendliness, and presentation. And the best part - it was all totally achievable, I didn't feel like it was something I needed to completely reinvent my pantry for.
Steph is we-versed in the dietary benefits of the particulars, not just dishes. Her medical background meant she understood and could cater to intolerances and special needs comfortably. The classes are small (4 of us) and intimate, and the setting is really lovely - at the end you share the meal with your 'classmates' and debrief on other uses of ingredients or variations of menu items.
Also, THAT CHOCOLATE MOUSSE - without giving too much away, I had made a vegan mousse before but always felt like I was eating foam (it never felt like there was much body/substance to it). Steph's version incorporated finishing touches that helped to line the stomach and add weight to the mousse that made the dessert so fulfilling.
I can highly recommend this class for anyone looking to make some positive changes to their lifestyle and the environment, or even if you have health issues or intolerances that require special changes to how and what you eat. I'll definitely be back for the dessert and middle eastern courses too!

I absolutely loved Steph's Asian Flavours cooking class. Steph was a wonderful host who took us through each recipe step by step and shared some great tips and tricks along the way. Everything we cooked was absolutely delicious and the recipe booklet we got to take home has made it so easy for me to re-create the dishes at home. Thanks Steph!

It was a wonderful experience and so enjoyable learning from Steph in the latest class I attended which was the Asian flavours cooking class. So much so I will be enrolling in another class soon which will be my third class with Steph!

AMAZING from start to finish! The information was fascinating and so much more than I expected. Steph’s passion was infectious. The food was delicious and I feel so inspired to go home and implement all I’ve learnt.

Your class has opened my mind to an entire new world of preparing, eating and thinking about food! Highly recommended.

I was lucky enough to attend one of Steph's raw desert cooking class and I absolutely loved it - we created vegan donuts, carrot cake, cheese cake and so much more. The class was hosted at her beautiful home, making it a more intimate experience. Bonus - we got to take home all the deserts! Yum

My husband & I attended Steph's Middle Eastern Feast class and it was fantastic. With an avid interest in expanding our cooking repetiore to include more plant based recipes, this was a perfect introduction. Steph provided us with a booklet of receipes for the dishes we prepared. The meals were amazing - hummus, felafels, a couple of salads, sticky date pudding. Steph is warm, inviting and opens her equally inviting home for these classes. A thoroughly enjoyable afternoon. Thanks Steph. We'll be booking in for the next Raw Desserts workshop.
