I’ve been attending the clinic for a couple years now for laser and lash lift/tints, and Jacqui always goes above and beyond, particularly with aftercare and information/options regarding treatments.

The atmosphere is calming, and Jacqui is always very welcoming, each experience is a positive one!

Jacqui has been a blessing for my skin, her plan with laser genesis and routine recommendations have been fantastic. I’ve looked forward to every appointment and will definitely be finding excuses to come back between genesis top-ups!

I've been regularly seeing Jacqui for almost a year, receiving Laser Genesis treatment for my rosacea, and the results have been fantastic. From the moment I stepped into her treatment rooms, I was greeted with a warm and friendly demeanour that immediately put me at ease. Jacqui obviously has a genuine passion for what she does, and it's clear that she genuinely cares about her clients' well-being and skin health. With each session, I've noticed a reduction in redness and an improvement in my skin's overall texture. More recently there was a hiccup with the machine software, and it wasn’t possible to receive the treatment that day, however Jacqui went above and beyond by offering an alternative treatment at no cost to me! Highly recommend Jacqui to anyone seeking rosacea relief or even just a bit of pampering!

I had a skin needling treatment with Jacquie today which was my first treatment at Stellar. It really was the most pleasant experience! She explained the process and what she was doing at every point throughout! She made sure I was comfortable and knew everything that was happening. I myself don’t mind skin needling treatments, however I know with needles involved many would be nervous. Based on my experience you would be guaranteed to be made to feel comfortable and at ease throughout the treatment. Very happy and will continue to use stellar for all my skin treatments in future.

I love coming to Stellar.the general atmosphere is very relaxing, and each appointment being with the same person is so convenient. Jacqui listens to what i say, and works around my many allergies for the skincare regime and facials.the location is handy as well, and it's always easy to get a car park.
