Stella Pizza Caroline Springs

Would have given 4 stars a month ago but last night I waited 2 hours for a pizza delivery.rung up and asked and got told basically we are flat out.understandable but 2hours for a pizza delievery when i live 5 mins away.and the week prior I wait 20 mins out side store as my pizza wasn't ready afyer 45mins and they told me 25mins.pizza as always is very nice.but I think I have eating my last slice.unfortunately due to customer service which use to be at its best

Learn how to make Pizza - Never any cheese on top unless you pay for it! Who doesn't put cheese on top as a standard? Stella Pizza don't. Never enough of the toppings you want and to much of the toppings you don't want, for instance - Never enough ham, but lets add extra olives and extra capsicum on everything to make it look like a pizza that has lots of topping! What's with the wood-fire? Bases are never cooked enough and have no flavour. Oh and forgot to mention, can't get an order right to save themselves. Never coming back to Stella Pizza - You have lost a longtime customer! Bye Stella. Can someone please open a Pizza place in Caroline Springs that actually know how to make pizza?

A long time customer now over it - their pizza quality has dropped. Too rushed, less topping, the extra stuff you wanted is missing yet the stuff you wanted removed is still there. You just need to stand there and watch them - don’t take my word for it. Too many hands in the kitchen.

Paid $32 for two family pizzas. Both pizzas were so dry with no sauce or toppings. We buy from here one or twice a fortnight and have never received such bad pizzas. The bases were thin, doughy in the middle and burnt around the edged. I called to complain hoping to get a replacement but the man on the phone just argued with me about how I was wrong and the pizza was fine. Horrible service. I use to work at this pizza shop years ago so it is horrible to receive such poor service.

I cant stop getting pizza from this joint. We just order sausage pizza everytime BECAUSE IT IS SO GOOD. Truly a neighborhood gem. Best pizza for binge watching or any sport. Handmade pizza, dominoes doesn't hold a candle.

Disgusting! Just ordered a wood fired mexicana and asked for chilli and touch of peri peri sauce. It’s like eating pizza base with peri peri sauce, 6 slices of salami and had to look for anchovies which I paid extra. Not worth $16. Yucks

Very Poor Quality.
Not enough meat and meat was very dry. Not enough cheese either on the pizza.

I made my daughters 21st cake from pizza.thought I’d get creative as she loves pizza so much!
So glad I ordered from Stella, it came on time and was cooked perfectly- made stacking it into a cake shape easy!
Everyone at the party commented how delicious it was.thanks to all, for making her cake one to remember!

Great customer service pizzas were good but don't like that I have to pay a surcharge on my efpos card

Tonight I ordered a pizza 6: 30 and was told it was going to be a 45 minuet to an hour wait "understandable" but after an hour I called to see where my pizza was, a lady said she would call back to let me know the situation. As it hit 8: 30 my pizza arrived and I never got a call back, my pizza was cold and I'm disappointed as I've been getting pizzas from you're store for over 6 years now.

The pizza here is pretty rad. I believe "less is more" and the margarita here is great, not Napoli standards but still great.

I have been frequenting Stella Pizza for over a year now, 2-3 pizzas a week, and i've never had cause for negative review. The pizzas are top shelf, the staff are impeccable in their demeanour and service, and i would have no issues with driving across multiple suburbs to acquire what Stella Pizza has to offer there. Thanks Stella!

Peri-peri chicken pizza didn't taste like peri-peri at all. Sauce was more like a sweet BBQ sauce taste, not nice at all. Stella special was quite good though, however the small frozen prawns they use wasn't very enjoyable and really cheapens the pizza. Next time will try their wood-fired pizza's.
