Came in with a watch that I needed fitted for my birthday. They were able to do this for us free of charge which was a great surprise. At the same time I had a small issue with my necklace clasp, so I brought that in too and was expecting to pay for the basic repair but they were also happy to do that free of charge.

The watch I bought has 2 years warranty. Would I ever keep a receipt for two years?
