Very beautiful venue, just not worth the money sourdough taste old and out eggs where under cooked.
Would not recommend

Quite a nice place, good Ambience, nice food. Dog friendly and pleasant staff. Alfresco and dine in. Needs to stay open for dinner. Would have plenty of clients.

Excellent food and good service. Used to go here 5-6 years ago until it changed hands and went downhill. Has changed hands again and now very good.

This place is very special.
We dropped in for lunch on a day trip. The staff are so friendly.
The food was fresh and full of flavour.
Coffee was really lovely.
And plenty of gluten free options

Our waitress Cloe was attentive and asked all the right questions.looked after us (she only just started) Kudos to the person who employed her.
Food was amazing, it was highly recommended.and they certainly delivered.

Excellent kids friendly Cafe with very soothing ambience. Service is quick. Food is yummy and moderately priced. Loved the Mexican bowl

The staff are wonderful full of knowledge of the local area and chatty the coffee and cakes were very good too.

We had a lovely brunch here while on holiday.
The food was pretty solid and moderately well priced. A highlight was the spinach and cheese waffles which were really nice and savoury and paired well with a traditional eggs Benny.

Coffee was fine and the ambience and staff were great. The interior decor is nice and airy and the volume levels were pretty good even on a fully packed day.

Having dined at Steaming Mugs many times over the years, with the changeovers of owners, chefs, etc, it has always been a favourite go-to for me. I was recently there for brunch with a friend + we both had a deliciously fresh meal. I chose from the Breakfast All Day menu + my eggs were silky fresh + perfectly cooked, so much so that I keep dreaming of having them every day. LoL. My friend follows a healthy diet, much more than me, + she often eats out at 3 Hatted Restaurants. She has been with me to S/Ms three times now + always leaves extremely satisfied. We are catching up next week + she has already voted S/Ms for our meal. Thanks

Unfortunately it tasted like it looked. The service and friendliness upon entering was great though. I'll need to come back and give it another try when we are out of lockdown.

Bright, light and breezy cafe with modern decor. Very friendly service and very popular. Great coffee and delicious mince pies.
Indoor, outdoor (sidewalk) and courtyard seating available.
Great menu too - will definitely visit again.
