I have been doing Group Exercise Rehab pilates with Gabe this year and have found it fantastic - he is a great teacher! I have also had osteopathic treatments with Simon, Verity and Gabe and would highly recommend them all - they each have their own unique way of practising. My chronic neck and back issues have improved so much with a combination of pilates and treatments - I'm very grateful for the team at Stay Tuned!

As an athlete, Stay Tuned helps me to keep my body running efficiently to allow me to stay active, even when injured. The staff are highly knowledgeable and also incredibly caring. They don't assume a diagnosis based on presentation but actively work during (and between) appointments to adjust treatment and management strategies to meet individual needs. They also offer fitness classes focused on helping common complaints such as back pain. Their online classes during COVID have been incredibly helpful keeping me loose and pain free despite the countless hours at my desk. Lovely and professional team, all around.
