I am amazed that this service is so well reviewed. We are an older couple, not very tech savvy and got appalling start up advice that cost us many hundreds of dollars and is continuing to cost us dearly. We were advised to get a mac and android combination which was costly to establish and led to endless complications which we have had to pay to remediate each time. I would stay away from these charming clever people who are really good at helping you part with your money.

Our personal home tutoring sessions are provided in your own home, on your own computer and at your own pace. Sessions cover topics from getting to know your computer, understanding the desktop screen, files and folders, internet, email, back up, taking care of your computer through to shopping online (ie.ebay), banking online, digital photography, and video calls (ie. Skype). All computer training material is provided at the end of each session.
Our shop assist service helps you understand what computers can be used for, and analyses your needs and interests, all in the comfort of your own home. You are then taken to the appropriate distributor where we help you purchase a computer that meets your needs.
In our set up service we set up your new computer, load the necessary programs, and connect the necessary equipment.
Stay In Touch also provides group computer awareness sessions to clubs, groups, and retirement villages to help seniors and over 50s discover what computers are being used for in today’s world.
